How to stay awake!

For people who have troubles staying awake for Mondays~ (not a Monday person, to be exact I hate weekdays. I just love weekends 😴😴😴

My days are start with a cup of coffee but for people who don't like coffee, here are some tips for you to stay awake at work or school (for boring classes xD)

1) splash your face with cold water.

2) eat breakfast which contains vegetables. A good breakfast will make you stay awake because it boost your energy level.

3) eating chocolate also boost your energy so, it will make you stay awake but only for few hours.

4) drink plenty of water because staying hydrated will keep you stay awake too!

5) take a 10 minutes brisk walk

6) Stay in the sun for 15 minutes.

7) press your temples with pressure for a minute using your index finger and middle finger.

8) press the point directly behind your ear with pressure for about a minute with your thumb or index finger and middle finger.

9) start a conversation with someone so, your mind stay awake.
