Today kaoru called you saying Sofia was in labour and he wanted your help her since you've had so many kids and done it so many times so you agreed and went to the hospital and Kyoya said he'll watch the kids while your gone
You helped her with stuff and kaoru was so nervous about everything Hikaru was here trying to calm down his brother but it wasn't working
"Hikaru I am about to be a father don't tell me to calm down!"
Sofias father walks in glaring at kaoru and then noticed you and was confused
"Daddy what are you doing here I thought you didn't want anything to do with my child." Sofia says and her father looked at you wondering what your doing here as he talked to his daughter
"What are you doing here mrs ootori."
"Kaoru is my husbands friend and he wanted me to help his girlfriend have their child since I've had so many." You say and he nods obviously not happy he really doesn't like you all because you and Kyoya fell in love and got married
Sofia then screams and you help her and so does kaoru
"Look I won't be allowed when your delivering but doctors and nurses and kaoru will be with you." You say and Sofia nods
"Thank you after all my dad made me do I can't believe your even helping me."
"Let's just focus on your breathing ok." You say and she nodded
Kaoru was giving Sofia little kisses which was making her calmer which was good

Kaoru walked out holding his little baby
"There were some complications for this ones birth but I think everything is gonna be ok." Kaoru says and then he walked off and you and then went home
But the next day kaoru texted everyone that Sofia died later on because of the complications during pregnancy
"I feel bad for kaoru he didn't deserve it him and sofia just made up and we're planning on eloping and raising their kid together." Kyoya says and you felt bad for him
Kyoya said he's going to check up on his friend and you nod as you were feeding akira and Adrian
