Such fools you are. He mumbled ever so softly so that no one could catch what he said. He strutted past the group of drooling girls and swaggered his way into the prestigious academy. Nevertheless, keeping in mind of his reputation, his lips curved into a slight smirk and gave them a wave. This small act of his caused their insignificant hearts to fall into the devil's hands even further. All eyes were on him as he entered the gates of Quincton High. There was no doubt he was attractive and perhaps, even attractive is an understatement to describe his beauty. He was like Eros - the greek god of love and passion and ironically, for a man who is comparable to Eros, he is renowned for his notorious, menacing and heartbreaking acts.
Hus green eyes wandered and they fell on a buzzing crowd forming just a few metres in front of him. Engulfed in curiosity, he approached the crowd.
He watched as everyone strained their eyes upon this unwonted scene, held their very breath as they gazed. He followed their gaze and was immediately enthralled by the presence of a girl. Her wooden light brown hair parted sideways and fell until just approximately two centimetres below her shoulders. She was small, not much taller than five foot. She caught his gaze and hurriedly walked away as if she didn't want to be seen, head bent and eyes cast to the ground.
"Who in the world is that?" Someone questioned. "Probably someone on a scholarship. Why else would anyone in the right mind be dressing up like that?" A voice replied and everyone couldn't help but roar in hysterics. Well everyone, except for Raven Salvatore. He despised people who taunted and mocked someone else just because the person seems poverty-stricken. After all, he had once been in their shoes too. But then again, why should he care? He had no time to be concerned about another person. Let alone a girl that looks exactly like her.
