Moving cities is hard, leaving my friends was definitely the hardest thing I had to do.
But moving has its upsides, we get a fancy new house 'cause of Dad's new job, and I get away from my crazy ex girlfriend Aimee.
Trudging up the stairs of our new Brisbane house, I spot fours doors all opposite each other down the hall. Once I have carefully examined the size differences of each room, I call down the stairs to Jack and Ben,
"I call dibs on the second one on the right!"
"Luke Hemmings, lower your voice in the house!" Mum yells, walking up the stairs with an armload of boxes, and opening the door to the master bedroom.
"Better get to bed Lewi, school tomorrow." Ben said with a smirk.
I mumbled a 'goodnight' to Mum through her door and went into my bedroom.
I went through my cardboard box labelled 'Luke Clothes' and found a pair of boxers and a Blink shirt.
I checked the time on my phone and sighed, setting my alarm for 7 am and flopping onto my bed that the moving people put in here.
I drifted off 10 minutes later.
