Weakness Number 1 [Bokuto x Reader ]

Part 5

"Not so fast! Let me at least finish quizzing you on this section before you go over stuff again."

Haru finishes quizzing you and then hands over your notes. 

"Okay so you knew these sections pretty well, but the circled sections you struggled a bit on and I stopped quizzing you here." He explains, going over everything.

"Thanks Haru! You're the best! You really helped me out!" 

"It's no big deal! Now get to studying. I need to study for some stuff too, so I hope you don't mind if I stay here a while and study with you."

"Not at all."

Haru and you study for a few hours before you start to feel brain fried. You took a few breaks in between where you two would talk and laugh, but even with those breaks you both had enough. You text Bokuto that you're about to wrap up studying and where he wanted to meet.

"I think I'm going to pack up. If my brain doesn't know something at this point, it's not going to know it. "

Haru laughs, "I get that. But you'll do great you got this! I'm about to head out soon too. Where are you heading?"

"I'm not sure yet. I'm suppose to meet up with someone." You tell him grabbing your things and putting the in your bag. 

"Is it that same person as before?" Haru questions.

"Oh yea it is," you had forgotten that last time you had met up with Bokuto, you ran into Haru right before and mentioned something.

"You know you may actually know him," you tell him. "Well, know of him. He's Kōtarō Bokuto."

Haru looks up, shocked, "Wait, you mean to tell me you know Kōtarō Bokuto from the MSBY Black Jackels?!?"

You nod and laugh a little. It's weird seeing other people being shocked that you know a professional volleyball player, since to you Bokuto is just Bokuto, a silly goof. 

"Wait, does that mean you went to Fukurōdani Academy?" 

"Yup, I played volleyball there as well. Though I was on the girl's team."

"That's crazy! I went to Shinzen! I remember Fukurōdani was one of the schools that would come for the training camps. I was on the soccer team, so the soccer summer training camp would always overlap with the volleyball one. "

"Oh really? I had no idea. We've never actually talked about high school together I'm realizing." 

"Yea,  I had a friend on the volleyball team and I went one day to watch their practice match against Fukurōdani one day. Bokuto had some pretty crazy cross shots."

Just then you hear your phone beep. It's from Bokuto and it said that he could meet you at the your university soon where you met up last time. You reply back that that works. 

Haru and you walk out the library together and towards the place where you met Bokuto last time. Haru said that he was also going the way you were, so you two might as well walk together. 

As you approach closer, you hear your name being called. In the distance, you can see Bokuto. "Hey Bokuto," you said. Haru is still standing next to you. 

"Hey hey hey, [Your name] !" Bokuto said. He looks at Haru and then at you as if to ask who is this. 

"This is my friend, Haru. Haru, Bokuto, Bokuto, Haru." You said for introductions. 

"Nice to meet you," Bokuto said.

"You too," Haru said. His voice sounded kind of cold compared to normal.
