Akaibara (Noragami)

Prologue

Yukine walked beside his shouting god, as he stuffed his hand in his pockets, sighing loudly as he followed after Yato, who turned to look at the boy frustration crossed his face.

"Come on Yukine, we have to advertise if we want any jobs" Yato groaned at the young boy who only looked at him dumbfounded

"Yeah right as if anyone who hires you" Yukine spoke as Yato froze and clenched his chest in pain as Yukine just rolled his eyes at Yato.

"Show some respect to your master!" Yato shouted though Yukine only turned away from him before he started smile once seeing his friend running towards him,

"Yukine! Yato!" Hiyori smiled as she ran up towards the two, wearing her school uniform and holding her bag. The two men turned towards her smiling.

"Hey Hiyori!" Yukine smiled at the girl.

"You just finished school?" Yato questioned the girl who nodded

"Yeah, just heading home and i saw you both" Hiyori smiled at the two as they looked at her confusion washing on their faces "Why don't i treat you to lunch?" Hiyori asked while their faces flushed with adoration drool dripping from their mouths

"Yeah that sounds great!" Yato smiled at the women before he pumped up his fist stars in his eyes as she drooled. Both Yukine and Hiyori sweat dropped at the man, But their attention stopped when someone bumped into Yukine

"Huh?!" Yukine shouted feeling someone bump into him as they both tumbled to the floor. Yato and Hiyori's eyes widened as they watch the boy fall. They turned towards him to see a small girl laid against him.

"Ah" A soft voice spoke as Yukine eyes widened once he met bright green eyes that looked at him and she looked back at him to meet yellows ones. The two stared at each other as Hiyori and Yato glanced at each other and then the couple

"Get back here Himari!!" A voice shouted as the girls eyes widened before she got off Yukine and looked behind her to see many different student down the street running towards them

"Shit. Sorry!" The girl known as Himari shouted as she soon bolted down the street, Yukine turned and watched as the small girl's short sandy hair flew in the wind, Yukine stopped staring though once he saw the various students run past him.

"Hey watch where you're going!" Hiyori shouted as the student pushed past her, Yato signed loudly

"Typical kids" Yato signed as he stuffed his hands in his pocket watching the kids chase the girl. Yukine also watched as he saw the girl turn the corner, her green eyes meeting his once more.

"Woah" Yukine mumbled a blush appearing on his face, As Hiyori turned towards the young boy, a giddy smile appearing on her face as she chuckles

"Ah! No dirty thought!" Yato shouted holding his neck in pain. Yukine's head turned towards him, a blush appearing on his face.

"I did not have any dirty thought you stupid useless god!" Yukine shouted as Yato clutched his chest again in offence

"Really? Is that what you think! " Yato shouted at the boy

"Yes that's what i think!" Yukine shouted back as the two buttered heads, Hiyori laughed at the two as they both suddenly turned their heads towards the girl.

"Shall we have lunch or what?" Hiyori laughed as the two boys signed, before they both continue to walk though unfortunate for the girl they didn't hear her screams. 

"Ahhh! Get off me please!" screamed echoed through the the bridge, as a mass of student huddled around one girl, tears streaming from her green eyes. The student's laughed 

"Awe cry for daddy" A voice laughed as they held up a sharp knife and cutting across her arm, The girl continued to cry as they continued to cut. 

"This is what you get Himari!" Another voice echoed as the girl struggled against the many students who held her down. The river rushed against the ground as the screams only echoed though no one came to save the girl. 

"Let's just leave her here"

"But it's cold tonight what if she-"

"What if what! She a slut as she will get whats coming to her!" 

"No w-w-wait it- isn-t true" Himari whispered reaching her hand out though the students ignored her walking away. 

"I'm gonna die" Himari whispered as her hand fell to the ground the cold slowly consuming her. As the wind blew through the air the river flowing her so slightly as the cherry blossoms flying through the air as a couple fell next to a blue hand.

"Awe it's terrible what happened" A passer stated as two police officer pushed as black bag into a van, Many people watched and that include Hiyori and her friends.

"She was only young right?" Another voice echoed as Hiyori watched with sad eyes walking past the seen, she looked up once again to see cherry blossom flying past her as her hair blew in the wind though Hiyori's eyes widened when her eyes fell on a small pink spirit much like the one Yukine had.

"A regalia" Hiyori spoke.
