Smoke & Mirrors Pt.2

He's trying to kill him.

"Scott!" I gasp as I look up at Derek then turn my head to the church and run inside

"Jailee wait!" I hear Derek yell but I continue to run

As I run I try and dodge every single obsticle in my way, so I can find Scott, Peter and the others.

"Scott?!" I yell but no answer

I start to hear growls as soon as I get closer. I turn a corner and see Peter looking at Liam and he picks up a large crate of wood and throws it at him but Liam ducks. I watch as Peter starts throwing punches but every single punch is blocked by Scott. The more Scott blocks the more Peter gets injured. Then Scott punches him in the chest which sends him flying across the room and he lands on wooden planks while groaning.

"You were never an alpha, Peter" Scott says and he stands on the concrete slab above Peter "But you were always a monster"

Peter starts to getting up and I step in front of Scott and hold my arm up in front of him while saying

"Gadyen nan balans, gadyen nan la foi. Se pou nou fe sa yo dwe fe."

Peter immediately falls to the ground unconscious. I look over at Scott and he sighs in relief.

"Jailee, what did you do?" Malia asks

"I put him to sleep" I tell her then look back at Peter's body

"There's enough yellow wolfs bane to keep Peter out for the trip back but be careful" Argent tells Scott "But I'm also sure Jailee can handle that" I give Mr Argent a smile and a silent thank you as he returns it.

"You're really going with them?" Scott asks

"I made a deal with the Calaveras weeks ago. They'll leave you alone" Argent assures "all of you, but only if I help them catch Kate"

"What if you can't?" Kira asks

"I'll find her... Someone has to" Argent says then walks away with the Calaveras

I walk over to Scott hand in hand with Derek and embrace Scott in a tight hug.

"I'm glad you're okay" I tell him

"We're all okay" He says and I let go of him then put my hands in front of me and swipe them across my body which sends Scott flying into the limestone brick wall

"Okay woah!" I hear Stiles say and I look over at him who has an amused look on his face but he's worried for Scott

"How'd you do that?" Liam asks and I just smirk then walk to Scott to lend him a hand

"Why?" He groans as I help him up and Kira turns around to look at me

"Because the next time you take a girl on a date do it where there are witnesses, you idiot!" I say and they both laugh "but I love you both"

Kira pulls me in and I hug her and I'm really glad she's okay. I remove myself from her and she smiles while Scott holds her waist. "I didn't know werewolves could do that" I hear Parrish say

"Well they can't, but she can" Derek tells him

"Why?"

"Cause she's a hybrid" Braeden says

"Hybrid?" Malia asks

"According to Peter I'm half wolf, half witch" I say

"Witches aren't real" Liam says "right?"

"Well apparently you're looking at one" I say

"So are you going to be okay?" Stiles asks me

"Who me? I'll be fine" I say and wave my hand in front of his which causes another gush of wind to hit in the face and making all his hair blow back

"At least you're in control" He says sarcastically as he fixes his hair

"Sorry" I tell him then Malia brings me into a hug unexpectedly

"I don't do hugs but you're my favourite" She says and I laugh

"You sure you can handle this?" I ask and she nods which causes me to smile at her cause she's strong and she'll get through this

I pull away from her then turn to Liam "Get over here you freshmen" I say and I grab his shoulders then pull him in

"You little betas grow up so fast" I say and he laughs

"You're a beta too" He reminds me

"Don't ruin it" I say between clenched teeth and ruffle his hair

"Thanks" He says

"For what?" I ask

"Helping... actually thank you all for helping me" I nod and smile

I turn around to look at Braeden and she smiles while shaking her head

"I don't do hugs" She says and I smirk but she pulls me into one anyway

"You may be a girl but you're one badass" I say and she laughs

"Thanks Jay" She says then let's go off me and I turn around to look at Scott

"Come on guys it's over, no more problems" Stiles says and I nod along

"We're a bunch of bad ass, throat slashing, eye glowing, katana slashing, claw extending, easy healing, pain giving supernatural creatures" I say and they all smile

"I'm not" Stiles points out

"Yeah but you're the brains it would be weird to see you as anything else" Derek says and throws an arm around me while Stiles smiles proud cause he just received a compliment from Derek

"What about me?" Braeden asks

"You're practically a supernatural creature with guns" I tell her "You're amazing"

She smiles and I grin at her while Derek's places his arm around my waist "We should get going" Scott says while smiling and I nod

"See you guys in Beacon Hills" Liam says and I smile then turn to Derek as they walk away

"Oh wait!" I tell them and they all come back. "I have something to tell all of you, even Derek. This is going to change my life and I'm just, I'm just really nervous to say it"

"Jailee, no." Scott gasps and I smile which cause him to smile.

"Scott, you want to do the honours?" I ask and he nods

"She's pregnant" Scott says and I smile. I hear everyone saying congratulations and I smile. I turn to Derek and he is shocked.

"Derek, are you okay?" I ask him and he looks down at my belly. I watch him focus, maybe his hearing.

"That's my baby?" He asks and I nod "I'm having a baby. We're having a baby!" He shouts and pulls me into a hug. "So you ready to go back and have this baby?" Derek asks me

"Obviously" I say and he holds me a bit tighter. "Now, this can't be good for the baby" I say

"You're cute" He says "and I love you"

"I still hate you" I tell him but he turns around and puts me on his back while I wrap my arms around his neck and he places his hands under my thighs to hold me up

"I guess we're going back to being normal... Well sort of" He says and I peck his on the cheek then rest my head in the crook of his neck while walking to the car.
