"Dad!" Rosie called as she walked into the flat,sort of hiding the boy holding her hand as she walked in.

"Yes,Rosie?" Sherlock asked as he tilted his head,trying to get a better look at the shaggy looking boy standing behind his adopted daughter.

"Please stop hiding the boy,rose,I'd like to know who's holding my daughters hand." He said,scrunching his face a little as he caught a glimpse of the boy.

"O-oh- okay dad." She said,smiling awkwardly and stepping out of the way so he could fully see the long haired boy.

"Good shot,but your not shagging my daughter." Sherlock said,placing his hands in their usual prayer like stance at his lips.

"Dad!" Rosie shouted as she turned bright red,looking back at the boy awkwardly and giving her father a death glare.

"What? You expect me not to notice the condom and tin of mints in his pocket? He's obviously looking to shag and your no where near old enough for me to even think of ignoring that." Sherlock said as he returned roses glare but towards the boy,who had backed up behind Rosie nervously.

Rosie huffed and went to her room,dragging the boy in with her and slamming the door.

"Door stays open,rosamund!" Sherlock called,his eyes shifting to John who had just walked in from getting grocery's.

"John,Boy." Sherlock mumbled,looking at him for some sort of help.

"Sherl,it's probably just a friend,don't think to much of it,our Rosie is smarter then you think she is." He scolded,chuckling at how protective he was of her.

"Yeah just a friend with a condom in his pocket looking to shag our daughter!" Sherlock whisper yelled,shifting around uncomfortably as John hadn't seemed to be any help.

"Open the door please,Rosie!" John called,hearing a huff and the door opening in return,making Sherlock calm down a bit as he relaxed into his chair and sighed,glaring at the wall.

"I don't like him." Sherlock mumbled,before going off into his mind palace to think of a case,the rest of the night going somewhat smoothly other then some awkward remarks and sass from Rosie at her fathers.
