Hailee Cobbler
I packed my clothes in a suitcase and all the essentials I need in the castle. Madame Cornelia Carter herself is sending me as a patrol inside their castle, because lately, they've been receiving an anonymous letters that contains threat to their family. I, as their loyal dog, is needed to sniff out all the threats inside and take care of what is needed to be taken care of. Sometimes, hearing their request may be little bit impossible for me but at the end, everything ends well, they sometimes asked me to gather intel inside the enemy lines and for some luck, I managed to pull it off.
I saw Sebastian waiting for me outside of the horse carriage, that middle-aged man doesn't speak much and he is the perfect candidate when it comes to following the exact orders of the Carters. He is a wise man who dedicated his life to the family he is currently serving. I grabbed my suitcase and made my way through the door, and Sebastian patiently waited for me until I reach the carriage, as gentleman as he is, he opened the door and assisted me inside and he carried my suitcase that is so heavy I had a hard time carrying.
As soon as we got inside, the carriage started moving and making me sense that there's no time for dilly dally, and something is very urgent.
"How was the Carters?" I asked Sebastian trying to know more about the situation and for me to get a heads up on what is currently happening inside the castle.
"Isn't written in the letter that Madame gave you?" he said in an aggrieved tone.
"I won't ask if it's enough, so fill me up. What kind of letters are they receiving?" I told him in an assertive way.
He sighed and looked down for a second then gazed upon me and started to look more serious than I've ever seen him before.
"It is said in the letter that a group of men are going to visit them and torture everyone in the castle, they hated Madame Cornelia for turning in a group of drug smugglers into authority." He said and looked at the window of the carriage, I can sense the fear that is starting to sink in him, a fear not for his life, but for the life of the family he is serving.
"Then why dont you send a letter to the station?" I asked.
"They are trapped inside, some of the anonymous has been looking out of the castle. They killed every messengers that we could think of, they were thrown inside of Madame's property giving us a sign that no outsiders should know anything about this. They even killed all of the guards."
"So how are we going to slip in and in the first place, how did you got out?" I asked
He went silent for a moment. Then his lips began again to move but in a slower and softer tone.
"Our driver is one of the anonymous 'visitor'." He said.
"Why did he let you out?" I asked once again.
"They said, they want to know more who's working with the royal family." he said
"We told them that you are one of them." He added.
I remained silent for awhile, thinking of a strategy that could may be outsmart them. Just maybe.
After an hour or so, we've reached the castle and I could smell the stench of blood that's been lingering outside of their walls, as we walked through, I saw the pile of people slashed, dismembered and died with gruesome death.
"So this is what we're gonna deal with." I whispered to myself.
Sebastian kept a straight face until we reached the entrance. He opened the door and let me in.
"I'll be carrying your suitcase to your room now Miss Cobbler, I suggest you should meet Madame Cornelia" he said.
"Right." I said,
I head towards the room of Madame Cornelia while observing the inside of the castle, there's no blood, it was good, it's organized, the group didn't go inside yet, but why?
Are they waiting for more people?

That's what my life always was. I cut, I measure, I stitch. Serving the Carters has been a pleasure and it made me love more my job.
I arrived at The Carters' Property to get their daily measures and to give them my fantastic designs. I, their tailor will do everything to make them look elegant and powerful, designs are nothing without those elements.
Entering their mansion, I sensed something was off, maybe their mansion got too old to be dull in colors, or maybe the stench of rotting meat is too smelly that it scattered all over their place. If this is the doing of that bastard chef, he'll feel my wrath. I haven't gotten along with that arrogant chef of the family because he doesnt say much and when he does, its always something insulting, the only people he respects is the Carters.
I started to walk slowly infront of their door, and something caught my attention, a pile of dead guards was thrown into each other like dried leaves. Too scared to continue to the door, I turned back and started walking away to their main gate, but I stopped when i saw an enormous man running towards me. I started panicking and the adrenaline started taking over my body, I ran to the mansion's door as fast as I can but he still grabbed me by my shoulder. He was that fast, but luckily, I am wearing a silk robe that I made and bought from China. Yes I am that picky in terms of cloth, I went to China myself to get the best quality. I slipped my arms off the robe that I am wearing to get away and by my one percent luck, I did it. I went straight to the otherside of the door and locked it. I'll be getting that robe as soon as he drop it. It was rare, so rare that my own life has the same value with that robe.
