“Hey Matt what do you think you are doing.” Said a voice

I snapped out of my relaxed self and looked around to see who was calling me. I couldn’t figure out who it was.

“Out here Espinosa.” Said Nash.

“What do you guys want? I’m in class.” I whispered.

“You are supposed to be out here with us.” Said Shawn.

“Yeah remember the whole ditching thing?” emphasized Cameron.

“Yeah, but.” I hesitated.

“No but’s, you know you are gonna have more fun with us than you are just staying in class.” Hayes enunciated

“I have to study finals.” I commented.

“Aren’t they until like next week?” Aaron asked.

“Yeah, its just that-” I responded.

“Then what are you worried about?” Gilinsky interrupted.

“I think its time for Matthew to stop making excuses and let himself have fun for once.” Announced Cameron.

“Alright lets go.” I accepted.

“YEAH!” yelled Johnson, jumping out of excitement.

I put on my backpack, take a quick glance at the teacher to see if he was paying attention and jump out the window. As soon as I’m out we see the principal walking out of the school.

“Principal!” Yells Shawn.

We all run and hide behind the school sign. The principal goes looks skeptical but goes away.

“Tell me that wasn’t exiting?” Said Cameron very enthusiastic.

“ We could have been caught!” I exclaimed.

“Come on Matthew did you not have that feeling of adrenaline pumping throughout your body?” Stressed Nash.

Confused I turn around to see all of the guys giving high-fives to each other, laughing and having fun, and I figured since I’m already here with them why don’t I have fun too?

“Lets go to the skate park!” I exclaimed.

“Alright lets go.” Commanded Cameron.
