heyy sorry i haven't updated in a while.
btw i forgot to mention but I am from the Netherlands so i'm sorry if i make any spellings mistakes. Now part 2 of my guide...

so i tried shifting a few times, but i didn't actually shifted yet.
what i'm doing now is kinda the raven method where i lay like a starfish and picture my DR (i'm picturing me being in bed in my dorm in the starfish position bc i'm kinda bad at visualizing) while counting to 100. then i'm trying to fall asleep while thinking about my DR but i have trouble falling asleep so that's maybe a problem, i usually only try to shift when i'm tired. Oh and i usually also listen to subliminals.

i want to make a part with affirmations bc i think that will help and i'm gonna try and meditate more, but i absolutely HATE school (but i cant complain bc i know people have it WAYY worse) but yeah it doesn't really matter.

i wanna tell you about the last time i shifted... so i did everything and i was kinda laying there, after a while i started feeling tingles on my toes and finger(hands), that happend almost every time i try to shift so i wasn't really thinking much of it but then i started shaking a bit and i saw on animo that is a sign of that your close but then it stopped and then i couldn't remember what happend but i remember stopping and standing up with no intension to later. so that was weird. the thing is i don't even know why i stopped so if anyone know what happend please tell me!!
