To Save the Morphin' Grid - An MHA X Power Rangers story

Chapter 2 - Arrival

"Intriguing." Nezu says as he looks at Tommy.

"I will explain everything, but I would rather we go to a secure location and discuss them further. I'm sure you understand how dangerous information can be in the wrong hands." Tommy told Nezu for the small bear-dog-mouse creature to nod in agreement.

"Gentlemen, if you would follow us, we will be heading to an offshore facility we like to call The Raft. It is supposed to be a prison facility, but it will serve the purpose of being a secure location for our discussion. I suggest one of you to follow our helicopter with your spaceship while the rest of you will be on board the helicopters with the heroes."

"It's called the megaship." Tommy told Nezu. "And it is not just a ship. Though that can be discussed later. Rangers board the helicopters as you are told. Andros, I want you to follow the copters in the megaship."

The rangers nod and follow the orders given by Tommy. About 30 minutes later the helicopters and the megaship land on the aquatic prison/ the rangers follow the heroes to a large conference room.

Once the rangers and the heroes occupied opposite ends of the room, Nezu sat on a chair, facing the rangers and commences the 'meeting'.

"So, first thing first we need to know where you come from, and why are you here?" he asked them.

"We are an elite force or we were part of teams that could be called elite forces that have defended our earths from aliens and other threats on multiple occasions using something we call the Morphing Grid as our power source." Tommy started to explain. "We were part of teams that went by the common name of Power Rangers. Each team had unique forms that were given to us by the grid when it was channelled through specific devices, we call morphers." Tommy pulls out his master morphers and shows it to Nezu. "Under most circumstances, we are supposed to keep our identities as rangers a secret to keep the ones around us safe and we would also be frequently going back and forth from our ranger forms and our normal civilian form. But the way things are currently, I can not risk using our powers. I know this is kind of out there, but you need to believe me here."

"Why are we wasting our time here, Nezu." Endeavour exclaims. "These guys are clearly lying all we need to do is get All Might's detective friend and we can see the truth for ourselves."

"Calm down Endeavour. Even though their explanation is out there, we need to listen to the whole explanation first before we jump to conclusions." Nezu tells the flame hero.

"Thank you, sir," tommy tells the UA principal. "I think I should tell you the complete truth bot for that I will need you to understand the history of our worlds. From what I have understood through all my travels in this multiverse, there are 3 main timelines the universes can follow, the first is the Main timeline that is responsible for most of the rangers present here though not all of us are from the same universe. Then we have the RPM timeline and finally the Dino Charge timeline. There are differences in the timelines. On the earth of RPM rangers, the humans stay in very specific cities located in domes due to a man made virus taking over the world while in the Dino Charge world we have a scenario where the dinosaurs never went extinct and man lives side by side with the dinosaurs. There are also 2 main dimensions the first one is where normal humans stay and the second is where magic prevails and is home to magical creatures such as the unicorn, genie, trolls and all other mythical creatures. Most universes are deviations from one of the 3 timelines, and this does go hand in hand with the multiverse theory. Alpha here has been storing the data from the Grid about the rangers and their teams and the different timelines that are there. It would be better if he explains it to you all."

Alpha starts to explain the history of the rangers to the heroes. "So, we have the main timeline which starts all the way back in the supercontinent of Pangea millions and millions of years ago. The sentinel knight, who was in possession of the Corona Aurora, was forced to impression the brother Flurious and Moltor after they tried to steal it. Sentinel knight scatters the 5 Jewels across the supercontinent not knowing that the tectonic plates would put the pieces across the planet. Then about 150 Mya the Q-rex Zord lands on earth and was retrieved by a mutant who was pursued the then red ranger of the time force power rangers Wes and the Quantum ranger Eric.
