Jin Ling's Party

Jin Ling is hosting an annual business party at his shared apartment, there were at least 15-20 of his friends from work, and they were all here to party the night away.

"Jin Ling, are you sure this is working? There are so many more people than I had expected"

Lan Sizhui hates socialising with others, but nonetheless, he would give a polite smile.

"You'll be fine, Sizhui, you're just worried about Jingyi away for so long. Don't worry, he's with Zizhen, they'll be fine together." Jin Ling really hated it when his cousin was worried, literally, nothing seemed to relax him.

"Yo, Jin Ling, what's with the deal here? You're adorable boyfriend?" Ryan came over with a cup of vodka.

"U-uhh, you're mistaken, you see-" Sizhui started until Jin Ling cuts him off
"Oh shut up, he's not, he's my cousin, we both got separate boyfriends, gosh idiot" Jin Ling also really hated it when other people mistake him and Sizhui to be boyfriends.

"I'll go back to my room, it's kinda cold here, tell me in Jingyi's back, k?"

Sizhui starts heading back to his room, all Jin Ling could do was nod, even though he wasn't sure whether Sizhui had seen it or not. Now that there is just Jin Ling left, his friends came approaching him.

"Hey Jin Ling, we heard that you have a cute boyfriend, care to show him off?" Carrie approached him, "where is he?"

Two very familiar faces entered the room, one had a very serious face but was panting for breath, the other had a wry smile on his face. Zizhen just came back from the gym and Jingyi came back from work. Zizhen was wearing a T-shirt that was drenched in sweat and some shorts while Jingyi was wearing a hoodie with a denim jacket on the outside and some jeans. Jin Ling rushed over the moment he saw Zizhen and gave him a hug, this caught Zizhen off guard, yet, he placed his arms around the waist of Jin Ling while Jingyi just stuck out his tongue.

"Ew, no, get a room" Jingyi walked towards the kitchen

"Oh shut up, you hug and kiss Sizhui in the living room all the time! I'm afraid that I might have to schedule an optometrist each time I see it" Jin Ling retorts back

"Oh please, after looking at your face, you might realise what is ACTUALLY blinding"

Jin Ling was about to go after Jingyi but luckily Zizhen's hug tightened so Jin Ling couldn't getaway. Jingyi was leaning on the door frame with a cup of coffee in his hand smirking while he was watching Jin Ling struggling to break free from Zizhen.

"Sometimes I wonder whether your boyfriend actually works at a zoo, he seems really great at working with beasts" Jingyi taunted.

Zizhen couldn't help but crack up at that joke, he gave Jingyi a wink and whispered something to Jin Ling.

"Oh right, it's a Friday, which means I gotta take the trash out, damn" He placed the cup down on the dining table and walked towards the door.

"Surprised you even remembered that considering you can barely remember anything," Since Jin Ling couldn't physically punch Jingyi, he decided he might as well roast him instead.

"Y'know, you make a very good reminder for it"

"JINGYI!" Jin Ling growled, Zizhen couldn't help stop laughing, he was used to Jin Ling and Jingyi fighting and bickering each day.

"Is Jingyi back?" Sizhui was walking down the stairs, seeing that Zizhen was hugging Jin Ling really hard so he didn't go kick someone, he relaxed. Only Jingyi can make Jin Ling that angry, he smiled to himself. Jingyi came back from throwing out the trash, and he seemed kinda sad, this worried Sizhui.
