Once we got to know Andrew a little bit more, I became more comfortable. And that says something about me. It took me about two months to trust Kendall.

So how could I be so comfortable around someone I just met 20 minutes ago? My mom concluded the conversation by saying that her and the rest of the family will be leaving this Monday.

And that Andrew can spend his nights and basically his whole days for the next 4 months in my parents room. I know. Trusting a stranger you just met is just in my mothers nature. She's a very hopeful person when it comes to meeting expectations.

"Well we'll see you in two days, it's good to meet you Andrew." my mother said

"It's nice to meet you and your daughter Hope, thank you for the little interview."

I could hear the smile on his face. Oh gosh. This isn't going to be fun.

I nodded and said it was nice to meet him too. And that I would see him later also.

My mother and I got up and left him there. Walking out of the Subway I asked yet again, "So you're okay with having a teenage boy, who -may I add- we barely even know, staying with your oldest and blind daughter?"

I tugged on her hand trying to make her answer faster.

She sighed.

"You're making me sound like a bad parent... "  We both laughed, knowing that she was anything but bad. "But yes. I'm fine with it really." She continued. "He seems like a really nice boy. He'll treat you just nice. But you missy, need to be nice and kind to him. Not your sassy self."

"Ha. No promises." I laughed and was about to say something else when I was interrupted by a deep voice I knew so well already.

"Um Mrs. Campbell... Here's my number. You know, just Incase or whatever." He trailed off, nervousness taking over. For some reason it seemed all too cute to me. I smiled slowly.

"Oh! Thank you, Andrew. I forgot to ask you for this." My mother said

"Oh no, it's fine. Thanks again for the interview and the job. It means a lot." I could yet again hear the smile in his voice.

"You're very welcome. We shall see you on Monday!" My mom said as I just nodded in the direction his voice was coming from.

As my mom and I started walking away she asked for my phone. I know strange thing for a blind kid to own but I don't have one of those fancy iPhones or Galaxy's.

No, I have a simple flip phone. I have it because the people I got it from put groves in it so I can feel what letters I type and whatnot. I bet your thinking why didn't she have it when she got lost in the grocery store? Well I don't know why I didn't have it... Probably left it in the car. But anyway I gave my mother my phone, handing it to her unwilling. Knowing pretty well what she was going to put in it.

After she was done, she handed the phone back to me. "He's the fourth contact." She said knowing I only had four contacts. Hers, my dad's, Kendall's and now Andrew's.

"Great."

"Now Hope. I want you I call him later today... Just talk to him get to know him better. Maybe even text him, I don't care. Just get to know him, and get more comfortable with him."

I nodded and after a slight pause she added "He's pretty cute by the way."

"Mom!"

"What I'm just putting that out there.."

"Well you can just stop because there is no way I'm getting into a relationship with my babysitter."

"Oh Hope, don't look at it that why."

"Why? It's the only way I CAN look at it."

We both got into the car. She was quite the whole way home. After we got home I went straight up to my room and flopped down on my bed. Thinking about Drew, I pulled out my phone and messed with it, flipping it open and closed.

Before I could think about what I was doing I clicked the down arrow down four times before clicking the call button.

Oh great.

"Hello?"

Oh gosh, I was sooooo tempted to hang up, but I couldn't do that could I? Oh well. I did it anyway.
