CARESSED BY THE WIND

Every day a leaf falls,

Caressed by the wind

And every day a petal drops,

like a deadly sin

Every day the sun rises,

to be met with the moon

And every day the fork clatters,

close against the spoon

For everyday a tear drop falls,

there are a million rainbows

And the leaf that falls ,

is where the wind blows

But it is an endless cycle,

never to be complete

Because everyday a rain drop falls,

right on top my feet

I hope you do not look apon life,

like a deadly sin

I hope you are a leaf that falls,

caressed by the wind
