{Please Note:  In this story, Vrishasen is a little younger to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu was newly born at the beginning of Vanvas, and Karna married Vrushali after the Pandavas went for Vanvas. Vrishasen is eleven years old, and other children of Karna have an age difference of one year, each" In this story. We all know that Abhimanyu was the youngest warrior, but Vrishasen was also one of the youngest warriors. I have changed the real history here, kindly do not get offended, Abhimanyu fans, ;) }

Karna had always been like Vrishasen. He saw his reflection in him. He thought for a while and asked

"Is it right to follow a person who is wrong? Will you follow the orders of a person who is wrong?"

"No, father"

"That is the case of the soldiers of Hastinapur. The soldiers, army men, know that their crown prince ordered the disrobing Draupadi. But still they support Adharm," Karna looked at his son who looked very confused

"Father, is it right to go against the King? Isn't that adharm? The people should follow what the King says, don't they?"

Karna patted the boy's head.

"Son, they are following what is wrong despite knowing what is right. Isn't that the gravest sin?"

Vrishased slightly nodded

"But they do not have power to go against the King!" The boy exclaimed

Karna gently nodded in a no

"You are mistaken, my boy. The people are the ultimate power of the Kingdom. A king is able to rule them because they want him to rule the Kingdom. The soldiers are the warriors who are among the subjects ,ready to give their lives for the King. People are the real power of the Kingdom,"

"Are you trying to say that even people want Prince Duryodhan to rule the Kingdom?" The young boy asked confused.

"No, child. They blindly follow what their ruler says. That is why a good ruler should take the place as their King, just like King Pandu did,"

"King Pandu is your father, right?" Vrishasen asked

Karna chuckled at his son. He did not know the truth behind his birth

"Yes, he is like a father to me,"

"Eleven years and ten months of our Vanvas have passed by. I am desperate to meet my children," Draupadi anxiously said.

"I have to meet brother Karna's sons too," Nakul said

Draupadi smiled feeling happy for Karna. A little guilt had grown in her that she had not given him the right to be her husband. He always had done the duty of being a husband, even when her other five did not stand for her.

"We have to wait for Aryaputr Arjun's return," Draupadi said as she served food for all other Pandavas.

"Do you know that brother Karna gave the whole aryavrat to brother Duryodhan after winning the Digvijay Yatra?" Sahadev cried worried

"I do not know what Bratha is up to. If he decides to be a part of the war from brother Duryodhan's side, then I will not fight against him," Yudhistir said

"Our mother disowned him, we will not and we cannot," Nakul cried

"Everything's going to be fine!,"

"When people are forced to do an unrighteous thing, a huge war definitely breaks out," Karna said

"Father, isn't there a permanent solution for all these problems?" Vrishasen frowned

It was natural for the child to get upset with war, though he had high competence to defeat all his enemies. His father had brought him up as a compassionate young man, who would definitely bloom into one of the best rulers of Aryavrat. Basic values of humanity and righteousness were inculcated at a very young age. His father never punished him for a mistake, but the punishment was definite when the mistake was repeated. Intelligent as he was, the boy managed to do new mistakes and learn more from them. At the age of eleven, he managed to question the dharma system of Aryavrat, because he found it different from the imaginary world,  his father old him about.

"Love and respect for others is the permanent solution," Karna said and continued

"If there is love, there would be no jealousy. You would be happy for the person who succeeds, whoever it is. If there is love, there would be no hatred. If there is love,...." Karna was cut in between

"Then Maharaj Dridhrashtr did the right thing by loving his sons....." Vrishasen said

"If there is love....there is no partiality, just like Lord Suryadev loves us all and gives us equal amount of light," Karna said

Vrishasen nodded "King Dridhrashtr was partial...He did not love Pandavas equally...."

"If there is true love, there is no possessiveness..."

The young boy nodded,

"Respect for everyone will never hurt one's feelings," Karna said

"Who taught you this, father?" Vrishasen asked

"Time," Karna said as he remembered a few years ago when he always wanted to compete with Arjun's archery skills.
