scripting

scripting is how you are putting down what you want to happen in your dream reality. you can write it down or type it in your phone. personally i recommend writing it down just because you retain information more when you physically write it.

what you put in your script is really a matter of where you are trying to script to. i know hogwarts is a popular destination lol (that's where i shift too) so for specific places there might be things you want to add that relate to that place in particular. for example if you are going to hogwarts you might want to script in what wand you have, what house you are in, what's your patronus.

for a basic script you should put on the basics.
-age
-hair colour
-eye colour
-height
-name

you can change how you look if you want to or you can just write exactly what you look like. it's all up to you.

in your script, you should include where you will wake up in your dream reality. this is so you know when you have shifted correctly. for example: "when i wake up in my dream reality, i will be on the hogwarts express." or something like thats.

in your script you should also include a safe word, so you can leave your dream reality and return to you current reality at any time. you can't get stuck in your dream reality. let me repeat...you can NOT get stuck in your dream reality. you are in complete control of it and can not get stuck. the safe word is simply for convenience. you can script in any phrase or action that you could do or say to shift back to your current reality.

your script can be as detailed as you want, but you should leave some things for when you get there. you don't have to script out every action you will be doing in the dream reality.

i highly recommend you script in safety phrases such as "i can not die," "i can not get and lasting trauma," and "i am safe." especially if you are going into a bit of a dangerous reality like harry potter or for another example the walking dead (sorry i wanted to shift there whoops)

scripting relationships is totally fine ! they might just seem a little forced so you might want to just shift that they have a crush on you and you like them back.

everything about your dream reality is up to you and you can shape it however you would like !
