“Shoto!!” The loud call woke me from my dreamless sleep and into reality. Silently, I complained in the back of my mind. “Shoto!! I know you can hear me!! Get up!" Groaning quietly, I rolled over to get out of bed but ended up falling off instead. "Ughhh..."

Once I was done untangling myself with my sheets and blankets, I stood up and looked in the mirror. My red and white hair was all mixed up. After getting dressed in a white t-shirt and a blue over-jacket, I colmed my hair.

"Shoto, do you want some breakfast?" My sister, Fuyumi, asked as I trotted down the stairs.

"No thanks, I gotta get going." I said blankly before slipping on my shoes at the door.

Sighing, Fuyumi set the frying pan back on the oven and waved, "Okay, bye Shoto, have a nice day." "You too."

And with that I was out the door. I lived close enough, so I just walked to school every day.

My name is Shoto Todoroki and my life is pretty ordinary. I live with my older sister Fuyumi, my two brothers moved out of the house awhile back, and both of our parents passed away in a car crash 13 years ago.

Of course I miss them... Well no. That's a lie. I miss mom, that's it.

Although I don't remember much from when they were alive, I remember that all the good things happened with mom.

Dad was... A little different. I have one memory where he punched my big brother, Toya in the face. I don't remember why, but all I know is that he bled. He bled alot.

After that he moved in with his friend until he was 18 and was able to live on his own.

Mom cried a lot. Not infront of me, but I often caught her when I probably wasn't supposed to.

But anyways, that was years ago. And again, I hardly remember any of it.

I have a few friends, buf most of the time I just keep to myself anyways.

I wonder how today will go..

"Ok bye Izuku, have a nice day." "Bye mom!" I shouted as my mom got in the car to drive away. I've been at this school for about two weeks now, and I guess it's okay.

I've been sitting with Bakugo and his friends at lunch. For the most part they're pretty cool. Bakugo's alittle mean, but I'm pretty sure that's how he treats everyone so I'm not gonna take it too seriously. Denki, Kirishima and Sero are kinda stupid, but still pretty nice altogether.

Oh and the girls, Mina and Jirou are really nice. Even though Mina is way too energetic, and Jirou is way too unenergetic. But they both still take the time to say hi and ask how I'm doing.

That Uraraka girl asked to sit with me, but immediately changed her mind after I told her that I sat with Bakugo.

Maybe they have bad history?

Either way, I was going towards the back entrance to the ramp when I noticed the cooking club standing outside, selling what looked like... Vegetables?

Rolling over to them the one girl kindly looked at me, "Oh hello there! Would you be interested in buying anything?" "O-oh hi.. what is this for? Aren't you guys supposed to be... ya know, Cooking?" This other guy with glasses smiled, "Well growing good vegetables is an important step to cooking good food!"

"R-right..." Scouting over the large varieties of fruits and veggies, the only thing I could really afford was an apple.

Feeling that it was rude to show up and not buy anything, I bought the apple and made my way towards the ramp.
