"Really? Akala ko knight in shining armor doesn't exist?"

"U-Uh, they don't. But there are people who can be one, like me." He pointed at himself.

"Like you?" She asked, hopefully.

"Yup!" He smiled and placed his hands on his hips.

"Hmm, I'll think about it."

"Ok but, when will I see you again?"

"Dyan lang sa park-" She pointed at the park in front of them. "-I'll be waiting for you there."

"Ok pero, what is your-"

"Bryan, anak?"

He woke up.

"Ma naman eh, ang ganda na ng dream ko." He pouted and scratched his eyes. He looked up at his mom before him, looking gleefully.

"Hehe, sorry anak. Ginising lang kita baka kasi hindi ka pa kumain." As if on cue, biglang tumunog tyan ni Bryan.

"Hay naku, halika na nga. Nagluto si Lola mo ng sinigang at adobo, paborito mo." Napatayo bigla sa narinig si Bryan at iniwan ang ina sa kwarto.

Naku, iba talaga ang epekto ng isang Ben.

"Bryan, be careful. Baka mabilaukan ka."

"Eh Ate, minsan na nga lang akong kumain ng sinigang at adobo, you're going to stop me from eating it?" Kunot-noong tanong ni Bryan.

"Gusto mo ng sapak?"

"Talo ka naman palagi, Ate."

"Kids, nasa harap tayo ng pagkain." They stopped bickering ng marinig ang ama na nasa dulo ng lamesa.

Bryan kicked his sister's chair, took a spoonful of rice and chicken meat, then acted as if nothing happened.

"BRYAN-"

"Freya."

"Sorry po, Dad." She then glared at the boy who was sticking his tongue out at her.

"'Yan kasi, bully-ARAY!" Sinipa pala siyang pabalik ng kapatid sa paa.

"Ano ba, Ate?!"

"Anong "Ano ba?!" Nanahimik lang ako dito ah-"

"No, you're not."

"Yes, I am. Kaya 'wag kang feelingero."

"Bryan, Freya-"

"You started it kaya."

"Me? For Pete's sake Bryan, I'm just warning you kasi baka mabilaukan ka talaga-"

"I'm eating in peace. Hindi ako mabibilaukan-"

He coughed.

And coughed.

He immediately drank the glass of water in front of his plate in one gulp.

"See? Kulit mo, ayaw mo talagang makinig."

"If you didn't started this, this wouldn't happen."

"Ako na naman? Gusto mo ata ng sapok eh-"

"Kids, stop."

Natahimik ang magkapatid. They continued eating pero tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang labanan ng dalawa.

Hindi maka-move on.
