" SEONGHWA , WHERE ARE YOU ?!" 

i heard him yelling from the room , i sighed and walked there , i opened the door , his eyes were red from anger but i am getting used to this by now 

" HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO REPEAT IT , DON'T BRING ME SUCH STUPID PEOPLE " i looked to where he was pointing to notice a maid crying and her clothes were soaked with tea , glass shattered all around her , i blinked not surprised , it happened lots these last days , he always loses his temper whenever a small thing is wrong 

" forgive me my lord " i bowed and mentioned for the lady to leave 

i looked up at him to notice him fuming from anger 

" get out of here " 

he said turning back to sit on his throne , once i closed the door , i let a breath out 

' your only duty is to protect him seonghwa ' 

i was about to walk away when i heard a sob coming from inside , i closed my eyes trying to ignore it but , he is kang yeosang after all 

i entered the room and saw him hugging his knees to his chest , and his whole body was shaking , i walked to him and held him to my chest which made him let a heartbreaking sob before wrapping his arms around my waist 

" i-i am tired hwa ... " he said with a shaky voice 

" i know " i said trying to calm him down 

after a while he drifted to sleep and i had to carry him to his bed , i looked at him for a minute or two 

' you have to protect him ... even from himself '
