before we read on, i'd like
to make a few disclaimers:
• the biggest disclaimer is
the ages of my characters.
now, i felt uneasy writing
about 14-15y/o's love lives. so
i made everyone in draco's year
two years older than what's
portrayed in the original HP
universe. though everyone is
still in their respective school years
...just two years older. so draco
and the main character are 17 in
year 4, cedric is 20, and so on.
don't ask how it makes sense,
because it doesn't so just go with it.
other changes to what's known
in the original universe have
also been made.
• this follows more of the HP
movies storyline. but i'll try
to incorporate book moments
as much as i can. it's just simpler
to refer back to the movies (for me).
• this is written in third person,
so i'm sorry to those who
prefer first person. but trust
me it's still just as dramatic and
juicy. but you get to see what
EVERYONE thinks of the juice—
not just a single person.
• both draco and my main character
are messed up. neither one of them
is always in the right or in the
wrong.
