Percy: So then I said, "Since when do you start school in April?" Little did I know that this year, WE'D be doing it too!
The class goes by, nothing vital. It's now hallway time.
Period 1-2
No Subject
Leo: Did you SEE that cliff out the window, guys?
Peyton: Yeah, it was pretty tall.
Leo: Hey, what's that thing on it?
Peyton: On the window or the cliff?
Leo: The cliff.
Payton: Uh... I'm not sure.
Leo: Well, we're gonna have to go over there and look.
Benjamin: Hey! If you're going to that cliff, you'd better not leave me behind.
Leo: Why shouldn't we?
Payton: You know what? You two have fun.
Leo: Well we can't go yet. We need to figure out what's up there, sure, but we have classes to go to!
Ben: Well, I'm skipping.
Leo: Why? It's not like we're already going.
Ben: I just don't wanna go. Is there something wrong with that?
Leo: Eh, no. See you in third period!
Payton had gone to the small, cramped, oddly angled history classroom a while ago, but Leo was just going now. He made his way past the large, open stairwell, which was only somewhat dangerous. He went down a few doors, then to the room in the corner. He walked in just before the bell and greeted Mr. Phone, who was in every class that section four was in, oddly enough.
Period 2
Room 204
Subject: History
Mr. Phone: Greetings and salutations, class! Today, we'll be learning about the writing of the Magna Carta.
Leo was sitting between Kingsley and Tara in this class.
Leo: Tara! King! Ben and I are meeting on the cliff this afternoon, wanna come?
King: What for?
Tara: Sour cream!
Leo: Not for sour cream. Remember how we saw something out the window?
King: Yeah, what about it?
Leo: We're trying to see what that is!
King: Hm. Well, can I invite some friends of mine?
Leo: Sure!
The rumor of the mystery item on the cliff had been circling about for all of third period, leading to distinctly less math being learned, and it was finally time for lunch.

King: Did you hear about the cliff?
Tara: Sour Cream!
King: Well, I know you did. I was talking to Peter.
Peter: I thought you were talking to somebody else.
King: There's nobody else here.
Tara: What about Bea?
King: Who on earth is Bea?
