The Ropes Of Blood

Chapter I

"Many years ago darkness ruled over the world engraving fear on every mortals mind.

For this darkness exist in different ways.

It may exist as a black smoke entering your beloved's grave making them an undead or it may exist with a fixed body like every monster that you know.

It may also exist with no fixed body like the shapeshifters or it maybe created by you humans engraving each other with fear.

Years passed by, mortals lived in fear and despair. Sad of what is happening on the surface world the Gods blessed the humans with power to repel the darkness.

Then the war started between light and darkness. Everywhere there would be bloodshed for peace and survival.

Centuries of bloodbath and the mortals raise there weapons and hands of victor.

'Praise the Gods who gave us light to win over the darkness. Those monsters it's there turn to tremble in fear!' yell the leader while raising his weapon and behind him are the mosters that they caught alive.

'Oh hail the Gods, Oh hail the Gods' yelled the crowd repeatedly. While the leader slaughtered the captives without even a hint of conscience.

Afraid the creatures of darkness hid themselves. The land dwellers hid themselves in the forest living like rats. The air dwellers hid themselves in the deepest parts of caves. While the water dwellers hid themselves in the most bottom part of oceans and seas.

But the PEACE that the human ancestors wanted turned into vain for the human descendants greed and jealousy seeded another war. Power , territory , revenge , fame , wealth and indulgence.

Fury has gotten the Gods for they have given mortals power in order to attain peace.

So the mortals have been given less and less blessings since then.

Years passed mortals have formed groups in order to protect or to be protected. This groups turned into a village , Towns , Cities , Kingdoms and Empires. Forming rules to regulate and avoid unwanted situations. But humans are still humans abusing the rules that are supposed to protect their rights.

They're all scumbags! While they call us monsters because of  how we look or how we do to live in order to survive! Kukukukuku...kukukuahahahahahahahaha... Hahahahahahah.. ( looks at the man with disgust ) Ahaah! How disgusting! Yes! It's true that the Gods blessed you humans in order to have strength to protect yourselves! To those who abuses their power, but what about those innocent lives!

You think your special because you were chosen by your kind to slay me! You disgusting human! ( while she swung the sword to its owner but stop abruptly ) But to let you clearly know the Gods did not create us without any reasons."
 
And the woman drops the sword without saying any more word to the man whom she defeated in earlier battle. She leaves the place living him on the Death's doorstep.

The man was confused even after Death welcomed him as to why would  the woman vampire know such things that even the church doesn't know. Is what the woman vampire said is true or is it made up by her.
