Chapter Four (Edited)

A month later Anna sits on the floor with Isaiah who's two months old now. Jacob, Embry and Quil at school and Billy out fishing with her dad. She lies Isaiah on his tummy and he holds his head up while kicking his legs behind him "What you doing? Are you making your feet go kick kick kick?" she smiles making Isaiah gurgle at her excitedly kicking his legs faster, Anna picks him up and puts him in his bean bag. Grabbing a muslin she starts playing peek a boo with him, as she does Sam and another person walk into the house. "Hey Sam. Who's this?" Anna asks as Sam sits on the floor next to her. "Hey Anna. This is Jared. He's new to the pack." Sam explains as he starts playing with Isaiah. Anna stands up "Hi I'm Anna Swan." she says shaking Jared hand. "I'm Jared Cameron." he replies. Isaiah gurgles at Sam who is playing peekaboo with him. Anna smiles and checks the time "Sam can you keep an eye on him? I need to do his bottle." Anna asks. "Yeah that's fine." Sam tells her with a smile before turning back to Isaiah. Anna chuckles and turns to Jared "You can join them you know. I trust you to have enough control. If you didn't Sam wouldn't have bought you round here." she tells him. "Thanks." Jared smiles going over to Sam and Isaiah. Sam turns round and nods at Anna in thanks, Anna smiles and shrugs before heading to the kitchen. Anna walks back into the living to find Sam and Jared playing with Isaiah, she smiles and takes a picture without them realising. Putting her phone in her pocket she walks over to them and spots a couple new toys "Aww, Where'd these come from?" Anna asks picking up the darker one. Sam smiles "I saw them in town and found them rather fitting." he tells her with a chuckle. "They definitely are. Thank you Sam." Anna smiles. "Hey I get to spoil him. You are technically part of the pack because of the way you act around us. So by default Isaiah is the pup of the pack." Sam tells her. Anna smiles and hugs Sam tightly, Sam hugs her back knowing that it meant a lot for her to have Isaiah accepted.

Later on Sam and Jared leave and Anna gets a message from Rosalie telling her Edward is back, smiling she writes a note to Billy and heads over to the Cullen Residence with Isaiah. She jumps out the car and is greeted by Rosalie "Where is he?" she asks making Anna chuckle. "He is on the back. I'll bring his bag if you get him." she tells her friend. "Why do you smell like dog?" Rosalie asks as they walk up the steps to the house. "I moved onto the Reservation, remember?" Anna tells her. Rosalie nods "Just be careful around them. If you trust them round Isaiah, it's good enough for me to trust them around you." she smiles, Anna smiles back as they walk into the house properly. Trusting Rosalie with Isaiah, Anna immeadietly runs over to Edward and hugs him, Edward chuckles and hugs her back "Miss me?" he asks sarcastically. Anna pretends to think "Nope, didn't even realise that you were gone." she smiles. Edward chuckles and puts an arm round her shoulders "So, where is the smaller, cuter version of you?" he asks. Anna gently hits him pretending to be offended "Rude! He's been baby napped by Rose." she smiles. Edward chuckles "Let's go save him then." he jokes leading her to where everyone else is.

Anna spots Rose playing bicycle with Isaiah (Bicycle is a game many people play with babies. It helps them develop and learn the crawling motion in their legs) she walks over and Rose turns to her "He's got so big!" Rose tells her. "I know. He's now trying to smile but isn't quite there yet." Anna tells her blonde friend. Rosalie smiles and starts playing bicycle again with him, Anna walks into the kitchen to find Emse working on some plans "What you doing this time?" Anna asks sitting next to her. "Our cousins in Denali have decided to change the decor in their house. I said I'd send some ideas to them." Esme explains. Anna nods and looks at the colours in front of them "I'd go with Blue-Gray for the walls. That way you can go with both grey and blue tones for the furniture." Anna says. Esme smiles at her "I should get you to help more often. You have an eye for these things." she compliments. Anna shrugs "I just like colours and the different combinations you can have." she explains. "Well it's good to have that eye for colour. That way you won't make your home too busy with too many colours." Esme says making Anna nod in agreement.

Rose walks in with a sleeping Isaiah in her arms making Anna smile. "Emmet is just getting the moses basket we got for him when you come round." Rosalie explains. Anna smiles "You didn't have to." she tells her. Esme puts a hand on her arm gently "We wanted to." she smiles. Anna nods and smiles back at her. A second later Emmet walks in with a moses basket, he places it on the table and puts his elbow on Anna's head. Anna giggles and pushes him off "I'm not an arm rest Em." she tells him. "Well you're short enough." he teases. "I'm not short! You're just abnormally tall." she protests crossing her arms. Emmet chuckles and ruffles her hair affectionately "Whatever you say small fry." he tells her. Anna pouts jokingly as he walks out the room, this makes Rosalie and Esme laugh softly at her. "I just thought, where's Ali and Jas?" Anna asks. "They went hunting together after school." Rosalie explains. Anna nods and turns as Edward walks in "He is one happy baby." he comments. "Hmm?" Anna asks. "His thoughts are all happy. He's dreaming about you smiling at the minute." Edward explains making Anna smile at Isaiah. Edward stands opposite Anna "How's online school?" he asks. "I'm ahead at the minute so they given me a week study break." Anna tells him making him nod. "Better than actual school?" he asks. "Definitely. I didn't have any friends did I? Everyone I'm friends with either lives in this house or on the Res." Anna explains. "Fair enough." Edward chuckles.

Anna goes back home to find Jacob, Embry and Quil outside, she smiles as they run over to the car. Embry opens her door for her "My Lady." he says in a fake posh accent. "Why thank you kind sir." she responds in an equally fake posh accent. They both laugh as Jacob gets Isaiah out the car "Let's go inside. Dad ordered pizza for us." Jacob tells them as he starts carrying Isaiah inside with Quil following. Anna jumps onto Embry's back "Onward my noble steed!" she exclaims with a laugh, Embry chuckles and carries her inside the house.
