-i have a suitcase with unlimited space that i can bring to my desired reality. -i have access to any article of clothing i choose in my wardrobe -i have a laptop that i can access anything i choose, even with no internet.

-i have access to any beauty product i want -i can use my mirror to alter my appearance if needed -i can change my scent with any perfume i choose

-i never run out of anything. no exceptions! -i can't die in my waiting room -i have unlimited stationary (pens, pencils, notebooks) -when i'm in my waiting room, no time passes in my desired reslity and current reality.
