Looking Forward(MS sequel)

Chapter 5

Connor's POV-

Our parents aren't coming to all the shows but said they would let Caden come. I'm her guardian for the next couple weeks.

We got the last bag and instrument into the bus.

"Okay boys goodluck. And I'm sorry we cant come to all your shows we still have work. But i promise we will come to as many shows as we can." Mom said hugging us. "And Caden you be good for your brothers. Connors your guardian for the next couple weeks. So dont go out of his sight unless your with somebody and he knows. Okay?" Mom said bending down in front of Caden.

"Yes mom." She said. Mom hugged Caden. Soon it was time for us to get on the bus to leave. Caden set on the couch. She was on somebody's phone. I looked at the case. Thomas'.

"Connor, Have you seen my phone?." Thomas asked.

"I dont know. did you leave it where little girls could grab it?" I asked. Thomas looked at Caden. I busted out laughing. Caden looked up and saw Thomas. She started giggling.

"You think that's funny?" Thomas asked. Caden nodded. Thomas walked over to her and started tickling her. she dropped his phone out her hands. Riley walked into the front lounge from the back.

"What is going on?" He asked pointing to Thomas who was tickling Caden.

"Caden took Thomas phone." I said.

"Oh." Riley said laughing. Thomas stopped and got up phone in his hand.

"Thanks for my phone."  And walked away to the back bunks. I walked over and set beside Caden. I grabbed my laptop and started working on a song. After a while of working i looked at Caden who was watching everything i did. Her head leaned against my arm.

"Do you like it so far?" I asked her.

"Yes!" She said nodding her head. I smiled. I went back to working. After a few more minutes my phone buzzed. I picked it up. Riley had tweeted. I looked at it.

"@RileyMcDonough: Aww little sis helping Connie make the new song. P.s. It's going to be killer. (Photo attached.)"

I looked at the picture it was of me staring at my laptop while Caden has her head leaned against me watching what i do. I saved it and retweeted the tweet onto the band account.

"Caden it's time for you to go to bed." I said looking at the time. 10:43 pm. She nodded going into the back lounge to get her pjs before going into the bus bathroom to change. She came out after a few minutes. Toby went into the small bathroom after Caden came out. He came out in a pair of basket ball shorts and a white tank top. He came over to me.

"Night bro." He said yawning.

"Is the Toby McDonough going to bed before 1 am?" I asked shocked.

"Hush dude I'm tired." He said.

"Goodnight Connie." Caden said hugging me. I hugged back. She walked to the bunks behind Toby. I finished what i was going to do today and got up to get something to eat. Everybody on the bus started going to bed not long after that.
