So there he stood. His eyes wide and staring. All he'd done was open an art book and there he saw her. He slowly stroked her wrist to her pinky, a blush forming onto his cheeks. He looked around. No one was watching him. He ripped the page out of the book and gently folded it in half, placing it in his bag. He sat in silence for a moment then realized something was wrong. He stared down at himself. "Shit..." he whispered, covering himself with his bag just as his partner walked back to him.

"Sorry I'm late, I had business to attend to. My name is Reimi Sugimoto," she smiled to him, extending a hand to him. He shook it

"Kira...Yoshikage Kira," he said with a slight smile. Her handshake was firm. He cleared his throat awkwardly, trying to distract her from his flustered face.

"We'd best get started, our assignment is about Art History, right?" He asked Reimi who happily nodded. "How about Salvator Mundi?" Kira asked, opening the book back up and pointing to the painting. "That sounds great. I was thinking more along the lines of The Mona Lisa because she's more famous-" he heard nothing else she said because he zoned out while thinking about The Mona Lisa's gorgeous hands. He smiled. "I like obscurity," he said playing it off. Reimi grinned. She figured they'd be fast friends.

They both read the materials they were given for the ~1500 painting and quickly finished before the rest of the class. Reimi was always known as an A student, extremely efficient and smart. Kira however just wanted to get the job done so he could take care of his problem. Luckily the teacher allowed him to go to the restroom, he was just sneaky enough to hide himself until he got there.

Yoshikage arrived home, Yoshihiro welcoming him with a tight embrace. "Hey dad," Yoshikage smiled, giving his old man a pat on the back. Yoshihiro pulled away and shut the door behind Yoshikage. "So how was school today?" He asked. "Dad I...you know how you said that sometimes boys will uh..." Yoshikage made a crude gesture. "Yoshikage, Jesus Christ!" Yoshihiro exclaimed with a slight chuckle following. "Don't tell me about that please!" Yoshikage nodded in understanding. "I apologize, but there's a reason I told you," he said, taking out the painting and pointing to Mona Lisa's hands. "Her hands?" Yoshihiro asked. Kira nodded. "What I wouldn't do..." Yoshikage started but Yoshihiro immediately cut him off. "Your murderous urges are back aren't they?" Yoshihiro asked. Yoshikage nodded. "This girl named Reimi...she has beautiful hands..." he chuckled softly. Yoshihiro looked concerned for a moment. "I guess if killing her would make you happy then who am I to deny you it?" Yoshikage grinned. "You're the best, dad," he said. "I'm gonna hang this on my wall," he said, looking to the painting. "Okayyy..." Yoshihiro smiled nervously. "At least he isn't harming himself," Yoshihiro thought to himself as Yoshikage ran upstairs.
