Chapter 1:Why are Robots so Complicated?

First day of school already sucks because of PE

Thanks to our PE teacher Mr.Park I had an asthma attack

I was walking with my friends on the mall

"Mr.Park sucks"I said and pouted

"PE?I know right unnie"Yuna said

"Thank God Miss Lisa Manoban is college's PE teacher"Yeji unnie said

I pouted

"I want Miss Lisa Manoban to be my PE teacher too she's less harsh on the work outs"I said

"But a very strict mentor of the dance club together with miss Jennie Kim right??"Lia unnie said

"Ughh cant wait to graduate Senior High and join clubs"I said

"What club are you planning to join unnie?"Yuna asked

"Dance club"I said

"Chaer you have asthma"Yeji unnie said

"I can manage unnie"I said

"How about you Lia unnie which club did you join?"Yuna asked

"I'm chill in the Music club,Miss Roseanne is chill"Lia unnie said

"How about you maknae?,What club arr you planning to join in college?"Yeji unnie asked

"Drama club for sure"Yuna said

"Why?,because Miss Kim Jisoo is the mentor?"I said and chuckled

Yuna giggled

"Duh unnie Miss Kim Jisoo is a legendary actress who wouldn',t want to be her student"she said

"She's my teacher in literature"I said

"Lucky you,Mr.Kim Namjoon is my teacher in literature"the youngest said and pouted

"Mr.Kim Namjoon isn't that bad"Yeji unnie said

"He isn't its just he's very into the lesson and my little brain couldn't catch up"Yuna said and pouted cutely

"Awww does baby Yuna needs help in her literature?"Lia unnie said and I faked a gag

"You two are disgusting"I joked

"Whats wrong with helping Yuna?"Lia unnie asked

Duh unnie the maknae obviously have feelings for you

"Nothing"I said

Then my phone vibrated

Dad:Come home sweetie dad has a gift before leaving

Chaeryeong:I'll be there in a few dad

"Guys dad is waiting for me do you want a ride on your way home?"I asked

"Nah we're fine Chaer you can leave with Mr.Min"Yeji unnie said

"Ok,We'll pick you up tomorrow then take care on your way home"I said

They all said good bye and I ran to the parking lot

"Miss Lee"Mr.Min greeted and bowed

"Lets go home"I said

"How about your friends miss?"he asked

"They said they'll take the bus"I said

He nodded and opened the door for me

When we reached the mansion I immediately hugged dad

"Take care in Japan"I said

He smiled

"Come I have a gift for you"He said and dragged me to my room

And I saw a person

"Dad who is she?"I asked

"That is Joanne"he said

"She better not be my step mother,you know taht I dont want you to marry anyone other than mom"I said

He laughed

"She isn't your step mother honey,Adroid Joanne"he said

A-Android!?

The girl lifter her head and faced us

Her eyes are green then it turned to brown

HOW DID SHE DO THAT

"What can I do for Master Lee"the girl said

"Ohhhh is she a new maid?"I asked

"No but she is your personal android assistant"my father said and smiled

Android!?as in HUMAN ROBOT!?

"Android Joanne please introduce yourself to your new master"my father said

Joanne looked at me tilting her head to the side and back to straight agaid

"Hello,My name is Android Joanne,I am a personal android assitant,I will serve you well"she said and bowed

She moves like a person but she talks like a robot

In human voice of course

But in a robot way...

Do you get what I mean?

Ok!

"I'll be leaving now"my dad said and i bid him good bye

I looked at Joanne

"Ok what do you do?"I asked

"I serve you"she said

"Can you do everything for me?"I asked

"I will do my best"she said

"Can you do my homework for me?"I asked

She looked at me

"Home work should be done by you,you cant make other people do them"she replied

"Youre not a person"I said

She did the head tilting again

"I am hurt,Joanne is also a human but more advance"she said

"Ok ok"I said

"Please confirm if you are my new master"she said

"Confirm"i said and grabbed my phone form my pocket

I was scrolling through my phone not paying attention to the robot that dad has bought me

"What will I call you?"

Did she say something???

I saw a picture of a cute baby on instagram

"Awwwww a baby"I said

"Your name has been set to baby from now on I shall call you baby"Joanne replied

My eye's widened

"No no no no no!!"i said

"What's wrong baby??"the robot asked and tilted her head

I face palmed myself

Why are robots so complicated???
