today was the first day i met you, i was the transfer freshmen and you were the sophomore who was told to show me around the school. i didn't expect much when my grandparents told me i was starting school here, but this one seems better, maybe at least. especially since you're here. you smiled at me. it was a small gesture, maybe even one out of habit or manners but it made me feel welcomed and warm. you helped me forget about everything by just simply talking to me. i didn't ask you for your name today but i hope that i'll know it soon. for now thank you mystery boy for letting me relax, even if it was only for a bit.
