Syx was the one to knock on the door and a minute later loud voices started coming from inside. Saje looked at Sevyn who gave her a reassuring smile and turned towards the door. Saje let out a heavy sigh as they all waited for the door to open—Saje mumbled to herself the words be nice because she knew she could be mean as hell, and she knew her sisters wouldn't steer her around or have her around people with weird vibes intentionally.

Saje looked at her nails and frowned seeing that one of the jewels was missing—safe to say she hated working at Shell— lifting all them heavy boxes. She was snapped out of her thoughts when the door opened and out came a dark skin with a grill and clean cut.

Saje got cut off when Syx punched her and frowned at her as she punched Syx back.

"Don't be putting your man hands on me dumb hoe." Saje frowned.

"Who's this?" Said another nigga. He was light skin w a silver grill and held a blunt between his lips. "Wassup ma?"

Behind him was a brown skin stud with long hair, she was somewhat tall and dressed nice.

"Wassup baby." Said the stud as she hugged Roquelle.

Roquelle was bisexual but she had been in a long time relationship with this mystery stud who Saje assumed to be she. "Who this?"

"Why everybody asking that shit, who the fuck are y'all the fuck." Saje mumbled.

"This is our sister Saje." said Syx. "She 's the youngest."

Saje looked at her. "Now who the fuck asked all that?"

"Girl hush." Syx said rolling her eyes. "You are the youngest ain't you?"

"I know I am but y'all stay acting like y'all that much older, Sevyn you only a year older and Syx you only 9 months older." Saje rolled her eyes at them. Roquelle and Sevyn was the same age.

Saje shook her head thinking bout her momma fucking when she wasn't supposed to. Imagine that.

"Well nice to meet you ma." Said the dark skin dude. "I'm Duke."

"Ernest, don't call me that shit though, call me Bullet." Said the light skin.

Saje laughed. "Yeah okay...Ernest."

He smacked his lips.

"And I'm Raven, call me Ray." Said Roquelle girlfriend. "Wassup."

"Hey." Saje softly spoke looking around the room. The place was nicely furnished and looked expensive.

I wonder why they ain't get robbed yet, niggas be robbing the homes that look broke but never the rich area. Saje thought

"Where's Kash at?" Asked Roquelle as they all piled into the living room making Saje eye her.

"Who the fuck--" Saje wondered.

"She said she was on the way, ha mama trippin off dat perc again." Said Duke shaking his head making Saje eye him.

"Who the fuck--" Saje mumbled again but nobody heard her.

"She told me her momma was getting better." Said Syx with a frown.

"She was...until she wasnt." Said Ernest.

This shit ain't nunna my business.. Saje thought taking out her Airpods from her bag. She put them in her ear and scrolled on her phone quietly, her social meter was already plummeting.

"Wassup y'all?" Said Kaidynce walking in looking fine as hell in her graphic Tupac shirt, jeans, and white forces. Her eyes met Saje and immediately Saje's heart began to race.

Calm down bitch, this is your second time seeing her and you acting all in love and shit.

She frowned. "Don't call me that."

"Wait hold on, how y'all know each other?" Asked Syx looking at them.

"I met her last week at Chick-Fil-A when I went on break." Saje said.

"You know momma trifling ass got us at West Meck?" Asked Sevyn frowning. "She know she wrong as hell."

"Hell na, you gotta be lying." Saje said.

"What's wrong with my school?" Said Duke looking at the 4 girls.

"Its ghetto." Saje said. "Full of sneaky ass west side bitches, ew."

"Oh really? Cause when you met me, I could sworn you was up in my phone texting me like I was all that." said Syx,

"Period." Said Sevyn and Saje as they both did the hand motion.

"Ernest laughed shaking his head. "Ain't nun wrong with West Meck."

"So you telling me, y'all ain't get shot up a month ago?" Saje eyed them.

"I mean yeah, but did we die though? na." said Duke. "Lighten up East side, it ain't even that bad ova here."

Saje shrugged unconvined. "We'll see."

"What school you going to Kash?" Asked Raven. "Bad ass stay getting expelled."

"Nah, these bald bitches just gon get enough of speaking on my dead folks." Said Kash mean mugging her. "And I got transferred to y'all school."

"Oh shit we gon all be together? I guess that's something to look forward too." Said Sevyn.

Saje kept quiet looking down at her phone.

"Aye ma, lemme ask you something." Kaidyce said as she took a seat beside her.

"What?" Saje said.

"Why you so quiet?" Kaidynce asked.

Saje shrugged. "I don't know....I'm not a people person so I only speak when i'm spoken to, and when i'm not being spoken to, I mind my business."

"I feel that." She said as she lit up her blunt.

"So Kash what's going on with your momma?" asked Sevyn making Saje look in her direction.

Kash blew the smoke out her nose keeping quiet for a second. "She just trippin, on her bullshit again I guess."

"I hope she not letting ha stank ass boyfriend hit on you." Said Duke. "On me I'll raise the roof."

"And I'll be there getting rid of the body." Said Ernest. I looked at Kash as she shifted in her seat— Saje could tell she was either getting annoyed or uncomfortable because of the way she tensed up.

"Mane no, at least, he ain't try to in a while but it's all good, imma be on my own real soon." Said Kash taking another puff of her blunt.

"You know my ma love you, you always welcome here." Said Duke.

"I told y'all imma be good, I'm leaving that bitch real soon." Said Kash.

"That's good." Said Sevyn.
