both kenjirou and eita turned their heads to see the person who just entered.
SEMI EITA
"hey, mom."
eita observed his mother for a while before faking a smile.
kenjirou immediately noticed how eita's smile was different from the ones he was used to seeing.
SEMI EITA
"welcome home."
eita's mother - asami, walked towards eita to pull him into a short hug.
kenjirou just stood there awkwardly while waiting for them to let go so that he can greet eita's mother.
SEMI ASAMI
"oh! you must be
kenji...?"
"shirabu kenjirou.
nice to meet you...?"
asami smiled sweetly at kenjirou.
SEMI ASAMI
"asami. semi asami."
"ah... nice to meet
you, asami-san.
thank you for
letting me stay here
for a while."
kenjirou bowed and he saw that asami walked towards him to ruffle his hair softly.
kenjirou stood straight again and was able to take a better look at her. he noticed how she was smaller than him which made him kinda happy inside.
but there was another thing that he noticed.
SEMI ASAMI
"no worries,
kenjirou-kun!
tell me if eita
isn't being good
to you, alright?"
asami gleamed at kenjirou which almost immediately removed his previous thoughts. he found himself smiling slightly too.
"i will. thank you."
eita rolled his eyes playfully at the both of them.
SEMI ASAMI
"good! look, i really
want to talk more,
but i'm really tired
so i'll go in first."
"yeah, sure,
no problem."
kenjirou gave her a small smile.
asami faced eita and cupped his right cheek with her right hand.
SEMI ASAMI
"eita, you manage
everything, okay?"
