can't believe it: part one

as soon as the call was over you got a text from toby saying that she was excited to see you.

you don't reply because all that's going through your head is how you should start packing because you spent nearly two hours talking to ryan over the phone.

minutes have passed and there was a knock at the door, you walked towards it and tried to mentally prepare myself to open the door to a stranger.

you open the door and to your surprise, it's just the delivery guy. "hey, dommy boy." you giggle

"hey bighead." he snickers, you roll your eyes at the name he called me and he hands me a package

"how's everything?" he asks

"it's okay, i'm considering moving to australia." you shrug, "i think that'll be great for you. new place, new people, new energy. plus, all your gamer friends live over there too." dom suggests

"that's true. but, then i won't be able to see you and you've been my delivery man since i've moved here." you frown

"it's okay. we'll still keep in contact, i'm sure." he smiles and pulls me in for a hug

"you still have to come back and get your stuff." he laughs and starts walking back to his truck to continue working "i'll see you when i get back," you tell him before shutting the door

checking to see where the package was from and it was a package from the misfits household, what a coincidence.

you grabbed your car keys and slashed it open. it was the hoodies that you yelled at ryan for sending everybody but you

hours have passed you checked the time quickly, not realizing that you spent hours talking to someone you've been crushing on from twitter. it was 1:47 AM you picked up the box, ran to your room, and tossed the box on top of your bed.

you ran into your closet and started putting clothes in your luggage. after what felt like hours packing clothes you made your way to your bathroom to take a shower.

when you came out you didn't know what to wear since your go-to clothes were packed in the luggage. you slipped on a black top and a black misfits hoodie with some ripped jeans.

"shoes, what shoes do i wear?" you ask yourself out loud as you slip on socks

you glanced around and the first shoes you saw were your checkerboard vans so those were the ones you grabbed and put on.

checking the time on your watch and it read 3:28 AM. luckily, you were only fifteen minutes away from the airport.

you snatched your luggage and book bag and went and sat downstairs on my couch. you shot 'sugardaddyryan' a text telling him to order you an uber since he was stressing you out

as you were getting up from the couch your phone dinged and it was ryan telling you to go outside and wait for your uber

finally, after a 21+ hour flight, you eventually arrived in australia. luckily, you got to edit get some sleep during the flight

as we started to disembark you texted ryan notifying him that you arrived at the airport.

ten minutes passed and he didn't reply so you texted him again, multiple times and still got no response. you decided that it was time for you to shot toby a text but minutes went by and neither of them replied yet.

luckily since the uber app on your phone has ryan's card linked to it you sent an uber to pick you up from the airport.

the uber ride was really awkward, the man driving was trying to start a conversation and as he realized you didn't want to continue the conversation as you gave him dry responses

but it didn't work out because he got flustered and continued talking, at one point you got the bright idea to just put on your earbuds so he could hopefully understand that you didn't want to talk without being rude and luckily he did.

after hours, you officially reached the misfits household. instead of reaching for the key that you had, you knocked on the door, feeling too lazy to reach into your book bag and get it out.

before you even get the chance to knock on the door again it swung open.
