Sarah~:~ I woke up with a splitting headache and walked out to the kitchen. "Hey mom do we ha-" That's when it hit me. My family was gone and I was alone. My entire life I felt alone but not like this. I sat down on the couch and sobbed. It felt like my entire world was crashing down. After what felt like forever of crying I had no more tears left so I got dressed for school. I put on a maroon and black sweatshirt with white ripped jeans. I grabbed my brothers car keys and set off for school. When I got there i still had a headache but I put my hood on and got out of the car. The first thing I noticed was the dates above peoples heads. I didn't really care at the moment. It was probobly cause I had a headache. The second thing I noticed was the new kid. He was tall but not to tall and he had ruffled black hairnlike he just got out of bed, but it was cute. The last thing I noticed was that he was the only one that didn't have a date above his head. I did something I would usually never do, I decided to talk to him.
Nick~:~ The police took me to school. Do you have any idea how awful it is to be new and be dropped off in police car? The girls there didnt seem to mind cause within seconds I was surrounded. I was wearing blue jeans with a white muscle shirt and a leather jacket. It was the only thing that matched. I looked around after most of the girls left and one person caught my eye. It was the beautiful girl about my age with brown beach wave hair. Her eyes were amber but they seemed to change between amber and grey. She also seemed to be the only one without a death date. She must have caught me staring cause she started walking over. Her stride was confident but she seemed to be holding back. She clutched her jeep car keys nervously. She stopped right in front of me.
"Hi." Is all she said.
