Chapter 16

"You're not going to leave me like this ok?" i used my hand to push back the hair falling on to Luke's
forehead

"I'm going to kill her and then we can leave for a bit yea? We can travel, I've always wanted to travel and now i can do it with you"

I looked down on his sleeping figure "It would be
really amazing if you opened your eyes and answered me"

"Emiliana can i talk to you for a minute" Lucian
looked at me with sad eyes from the door, in return i gave him a small tight lipped smile.

"Sure"

I closed the door behind me "What did you want
too talk about?"

"I have something to confess to you, that day i knew that Alessandra was here."

"What do you mean by you knew that she was here" he was looking everywhere but at me

"Look at me"

"All those years ago it left us with a connection, I've
always known where she was and when she was
entombed and when she was freed a few months
ago"

I took a few steps closer to him

"You knew what?" my voice was a cold as ice while
was burning with rage inside

He matched me and took a few steps back holding
his hands up in defense "I didn't know that she was working Alexandria i swear it!"

"It doesn't matter if you knew that ! You know how
worried your family was and still is about you and
you've known this all along! Luke has been on a
goose chase trying to find her out of anger for what
she did to you and you knew!"

i was well aware that my voice had risen a few
octaves but I was seething

I could see that he was getting angry as well but he
was trying not to let it show "I never asked them to
do that!"

"You're right you never asked them to do that but
they did it anyways out of love for you whilst you"

I poked my index finger in his chest pushing him
back into the wall

"You knew all this time where she was and you chose to protect the little psycho and now Alexandria
distracted us while you let her sign your brothers
death sentence."

"Do you think i meant for this to happen if i had
known..."

I laughed "If you had known .. You did know and you could have said something but you didn't, you've
been keeping this big secret that could cost your
brother his life at any moment"

"You don't think i know that? I know but you aren't
the one to be talking about people keeping secrets,
I know your big secret"

"Excuse me"

"You heard me, don't act so innocent emili"

"How dare you" i roared, then used all my speed and strength to grip his neck and push him to the wall
creating a big hole , knocking off all the paintings in the process

"I don't know what you think you know but its
nothing I'm doing what i can to protect this family
unlike you. Less than a year ago i was having dreams that felt a little to realistic and the next thing i know I'm flung into this world because apparently i have a mate and it doesn't stop there i have a crazy psycho
hybrid doppelganger and I'm supposed to kill her or else she'll bring chaos and possibly the end to the supernatural world."

I gripped his neck tighter lifting him off the ground

"Then there is you who is making everything harder because said psycho doppelganger has a half sister
who you still carry a torch for even after the bitch tried to kill you I mean how stupid could you be? 
I felt my self getting angrier and angrier and a new found darkness worming its way to the surface.

His eyes blazed at this

"Hit a nerve did I? I lost my father because of her, i
cost my best friend the life she worked hard for and
truly deserved because of her and now she has to be
mistreated treated by an idiot who doesn't realize how lucky
he is to have her because he is still in love with and
is protecting a psycho"

"Emiliana" i turned around and saw my mother and Katerina looked at me with faces filled with shock
and horror" i immediately dropped Lucian who composed himself before cautiously placing his hands on my shoulder then turning me around to face the
mirror behind me.

My faces was filled with blood red and black veins
that looked as though they were forming one big web, my fangs were out and i looked like a monster.
Even after my face returned to its normal state i still couldn't get that image of myself out of my head

"Careful Emiliana you would want to be the second
generation crazy psycho hybrid doppelganger"

Horrified i began to run away from them, i vaguely
registered my mother and Katerina calling after me
but i didn't stop until i got to the witches sacred
ground

"Show yourself to me, all of you liars , Show yourself !"

I began to feel the pain creeping up

"Not today, Vesmatias Selixiam" i counteracted the pain and sent it straight back to
its source

I heard a voice from behind me

"Emiliana we aren't pleased"

"I don't care I'm not pleased with any of you witch
bitches either because apparently not even death and being in another realm can keep you quiet!"

"Emiliana calm down you are very frantic right now, just breathe and tell me what is wrong"

"You should know, firstly i know that you knew
about Alessandra, you could have warned me but
you only inform me of things when they suit you as well ! And one of your half dead entombed witches
cant even keep their traps shut because Lucian
knows about our agreement which have no
intention of carrying on right now, Luke was never
to be hurt i did this to protect them ! To protect him ! You tricked me and used my emotions against me"

She smiled and looked at me trying to look every bit genuine "Emiliana dear that was never my intention nor was Luke getting hurt, but you know that you
and Alexandria are abominations and cant be
allowed to live so you have to kill her and we will then try to reverse your transformation and hopefully
everything goes well and you'll be fine"

"Then hopefully I'll be fine" i laughed and shaked my head

"You agreed to this Emiliana, you always knew what the plan was, witch or vampire but not both"

"You agreed to protect us all, to keep watch and
warn me whenever we were in danger so that i could be prepared and now Luke is left defenseless waiting to be killed, if anything happens to him you'll think
that Alexandria was a blessing, i promise and unlike you i keep my word." I didn't wait for her to send me back i used a spell to get me out of there knowing
full well that it was cause a shift in the balance and
caused them pain.

If this all goes to hell, I'll be bringing the devil in all his forms to create chaos for them.
