This story begins by the rejection of a girl named Ember by her alpha because she's too "weak" (obviously she becomes a badass woman who kicks b-u-t-t-s) She then goes to a college where most supernatural go (the alpha too) she knows has other badass supernatural friends including the son of a witch, and a female elf.

Let me start by saying that I enjoyed the  plot although it uses the "weak" girl gets rejected cliche the writers do bring in their own fun spins and turns. For me clichés are amazing as long as their used in the appropriate way meaning that the author molds them like a piece of clay into their own creation. But there were a couple things that did bother me in the sample chapters I've read:
- the progression made by the female lead isn't really detailed
- The transition from highschool to college wasn't really detailed either

There are a few things I have to mention this is my first book review, english is not my mother language and this is a paid book so I've only got to read a few chapters. There are a lot of books in which the writing improves through out the book so please do keep those things in mind.

You've reached the end of published parts.
