Chapter 4 - Meat Buns

I was trying to contact Aka but still got nothing and I am close to commit arson, Kiyoko gave each of us a jacket with a Karasuno written on the back and Hinata can't stop but to flex to everyone

Then the gym slide open only to reveal Takeda "It's decided! It's decided!" he shouted, panted from all the running "The practice match. It's against one of the top four teams in the prefecture. Aoba Josai" he said 

Everyone in the gym was shocked hearing it except for me, Kageyama and Tsukishima. Hinata started jumping with excitement and I look at Kageyama who is having a pissed look 

'Looks like someone is not happy to hear the news' I thought looking at the blueberry boy who was clenching his fist 

I sigh as I walk towards my uncle "Oh N/n, there you are. I was looking everywhere for you" he said which I raised a brow at him 'Bitch I left a note' 

"You know Y/n, Takeda-sensei?" Daichi asked "Oh, N/n is my niece" he answered scratching the back of his neck making the others look at me shock 

"You didn't tell them N/n?" Takeda asked looking at me which I give him a small shrugged "I don't know, my memory sucks " 

"I see. Oh are those the first years?" Takeda asked looking at the first years who is standing infront of him 

They started introducing themselves which makes Takeda also introduced himself to them and telling them that I was his favorite niece which I find it cute 

"Well then, I should go we'll have a practice match next week" Takeda said as he stood at the entrance, adjusting his glasses 

"Oh and N/n, I think I won't be home tonight since I have other things to do. Take Daichi with you since his house is a few blocks from ours. And make sure to lock all the doors and windows when you get home" he said patting my head and left

"Didn't imagine that our coach would be this special" Tsukishima muttered adjusting his glasses but his grin was plastered on his face but since this salt bitch tried to make me pissed and he regretted it 

So I didn't have a choice but yeeting my notebook at his face

"Ha! Headshot!" Hinata laughed "More like faceshot!" Tanaka butted in, I smirked in victory as Tsukishima glared at me making the others laugh at the scene 

What the others missed was when the notebook fell flat, revealing the blank page.

The Best Memories Never Fade

It was already night and we were waiting for Daichi to lock the gym door "Alright, let's go buy some meat buns my treat" he said with a smile making Tanaka and Hinata cheer

Kageyama and Sugawara went ahead of us while Tsukishima and Yamaguchi wanted to stay behind for a bit for no reason 

The other second years already head home since they also have things to do which I know they will do their homework like a good student 

As we began walking at the sidewalk, Hinata walk beside me "Ne? Y/n-san" he called making me look at him 

"Are you married? Since you have a ring there" he asked making the two boys look at our direction "It's a friendship ring. My childhood friend gave it to me" I answered 

"Oh! What's her name?! Does she also like volleyball?! What class is she?! Can we go meet her?!" Hinata asked with a lot of questions making me sweat drop a lot 'He thought Aka is a she' 

"That's a lot of question you are having there Hinata" Daichi laughed "But I just wanted to get to know her" Hinata pout like a kid making me ruffle his already messy orange hair
