A Foolish Home Called 'Happiness'

I laugh, I smile, I fly;
In your arms I get so high.
Like a sweet drug that mezmerize my eyes,
Like a cotton that caress my life.

I step, I jump and stay;
By your side nothing is gray.
It was perfect, perfect home for me.
Happiness really never leaves.

I sleep, I rest and lean;
In your chest is my comfy bed.
The warmth of your hug is a haven.
I feel lighter and enchanted.

We run and chase each other,
In a paradise that we have built.
We embrace and enjoy the laughter,
In the garden of words where time has skipped.

I never thought of us being shattered.
Only our jeans being tattered.
Inseparable, I am, to you,
Until my home turned blue.

The comfort I knew was just a lie,
Your lustrous face has driven me blind.
Your deceitful promises played smart.
I even called you 'my home' when you are not.
