Months passed by wala paring reply si Tita sa akin palagi akong nag iiwan nang message pero wala talaga siyang reply sa akin nag-aalala na ako at palagi ko nalang naiisip na umuwi at nang malaman ko kung ano talaga ang nangyayari, pero palagi kaming busy sa office at hindi ko talaga maiwan ang trabaho ko.

Si JC naman madalang na kaming magkita dahil busy siya busy ako, pero kung talagang gugustuhin naming magkita pwede naman kaso lang parang overloaded ang utak ko sa hindi pag balita ni tita sakin kaya siguro mas mabuti na itong ganito.

Pumasok na ako sa trabaho at nagtungo sa aking office I greet some of my officemates and went inside my office, I check all the papers in my table and review my schedule for today until my phone interrupt me.

“ Hello? “

 

“ Ms. Ford Mr. David wants to see you personally in his office right now. “

 

“ Oh? Okay ill be there in a minute. “ and then I ended the call with a nervous feelings. Why did Mr. David wants to see me personally? Did I do something wrong.? Oh god. I hope everything is okay.

Nagmadali akong pumunta sa office ni Mr. David sa pinakaitaas na bahagi nang building. Pero habang papunta sa ako sa office niya lalo akong kinabahan, I mean hindi lahat nang empleyado nakakausap nang personal si Mr. David, He’s like Christian Gray to me, Mysterious , Hot and Mysterious.

In my two years of working here madalang ko lang siyang Makita. And now that im going to face him personally I felt a lump on my chest and my knees are starting to shake.

When I get there nagtatalo ang isip ko kung kakatok ba ako oh hindi, pero hindi paman ako nakakatok ay bumukas na ang malaking pinto, at lumabas ang secretary ni Mr. David at pinasok ako, tsaka naman siya lumabas pagpasok ko.

“ Hello Mr. David Goodmorning. “ I said with trembling face.

“ Ms. Ford, You look stunning in that lovely dress by the way have a sit, We have something to discuss. “

 

Umupo ako and honestly na intimidate talaga ako sa kanya, Para kasing nakakahiya makipag-usap sa kanya, I mean he’s the hottest guy ive ever known in my entire life and tingin palang sa kanya parang gusto ko nang maghubad at yayain siyang makipag sex dito sa office niya. Oh god what am I thinking. ?

“ Thank you sir. “

 

“ As you can see you’re one of the most trusted employees here in the company and I was thinking of promoting you for good, as a matter of fact someone from our loyal investors and soon to be partners actually picked you as a head of our team to represent our company in the Philippines, They are here to sign contract with us yesterday and they want to meet you personally. “

“ Oh? Wait? So you mean I will go back to the Philippines and work there for good? Am I hearing the right words ? “ I mean I just cant believe it ang bilis nang mga pangyayari at hindi ko akalaing uuwi ako nang pilipinas na hindi man lang mawawala ang trabaho ko, at take note promoted pa ako, na excite ako sa idea na yun and being the most trusted employee daw, at nirequest daw ako nang new partner nang company,. I must be dreaming.!

“ Yes yes. Here’s the invitation meet them tonight at this place and you can have your day off today so that you can prepare yourself and close this deal for our company “ And im taking my a day off. Oh gosh. Seriously ? Is this really happening.? Thank you lord.!

“ Oh gosh I cant believe it, Okay sir surely Im gonna close this deal, and thank you for considering me as your trusted employee. Ill go now bye sir. “ Sabi ko at lumabas na ako nang office niya with a big smile on my face. Instead of going home dumiretso ako sa isang boutique where I can find a suitable dress for me, para sa dinner mamaya. I choose a simple yet elegant little black dress that fit me right.

Then I bought a new pair of shoes and hand bag. After I went shopping I went to a salon and pamper myself. Its almost 6pm na nung natapos ako sa salon. Dumiretso agad ako sa bahay at nag-ayos. I looked at my reflection in the mirror and  smile, I really loved the new me,

I changed a lot from physical to emotional. I checked my email first to saw if nag reply nab a si tita pero wala parin. Kaya lumabas na ako nang bahay at sumakay sa kotse at dumiretso sa venue.

It was a cozy restaurant that really fit for a business meetings and special gatherings, Hindi pa ako nakapunta dito ever since at I think that these investors came from Philippines really had a great taste when it comes of choosing a right place to close a deal. Such a nice ambiance to talk and also to unwind. I just hope I can entertain them well and never broke down. I release a sigh before entering at the resto and smile.

Pumasok ako and realize something I haven’t read the invitation and I haven’t seen the investors name. So instead of finding a table dumiretso muna ako sa restroom to read the invitation there, nakakhiya naman kase kung haharang ako sa daan para magbasa.

Habang kinukuha ako ang invitation na nasa bag ko someone just bumped me.

“ Ouch.”I said while picking up the invitation na nalaglag.

“ Im sorry miss “ he said and I freeze. A very familiar voice rushed down my spine and I got this uncontrol heart beat that really annoys me.

He held his hand and of course how can I forget. Its him ! Its really him!
