Personality: Snart, mischievous, superstitious, playful, is rarely hotheaded, and knowable
Family: Charlotte(mother), Tom(father which she doesn't know), Fred(adoptive father), Sirius(half brother), Rubrus(other half brother), Atlas(godfather), Molly(adoptive grandmother), Arthur(adoptive grandfather), and Skyla(aunt on her mother's side)
Delphi, unlike her mother, is not as hotheaded as Charlie but when it comes to Rita Skeeter well she 100% hates Rita. Umbridge hasn't met her and once she has met Delphi and her mom, Umbridge wishes that she didn't anger them to the point that they would give her to the dementors.
