Killua x reader | first date (part 1)

"Yeah what is it?" You smiled at him and he looked at gon then back at you "well you s-see I was wondering if you m-maybe..." he was now a blushing mess and you were trying to listen to what he had to say "d-do you want some of my strawberries! Here I'm not that hungry!" You looked at him confused as Gon facepalmed "uhh sure?" He scooted his lunch tray to me and you grabbed a strawberry and ate it "was it really that hard to ask me for a strawberry?" You laughed he looked away resting his cheek on his palm 'he looked like he had something else on his mind or maybe... I'm just thinking too much.' You thought.

- After school -
"Finally school is over!" You said happily as you walked out the door you saw Killua and Gon were at the entrance gate Gon waved to you "y/n!" You walked over their "Killua have you seen alluka? I've been looking for her everywhere I can't find her" you were worried about her "don't worry about her she went home by herself" Killua said you were happy she was safe. Gon looked at his phone "Ahh would you look at the time I gots to go! I'm sorry I can't walk with you guys my uhh dad said I have to help him with something right after school so I guess I can't walk with you guys!" Gon scratched the back of his head and looked at us both "no worries!" You said to Gon he smiled at you and Killua "well good luck Killua" Gon winked at Killua as you were standing their confused "WHAT YOU'RE LEAVING! YOU CAN'T JUST-" Killua screamed while blushing "well see ya guys!" Gon ran 'now it's just me and Killua alone... ALONE!' You thought you started to panic a little then Killua looked at you and you froze.

"that Gon saying stuff!" Killua crosses his arms "yeah he's been acting all weird today do you know why?" Killua laughed nervously and scratched the back of his head "w-who knows haha" 'there was definitely something up with those two!' You thought to yourself as you and Killua started walking to your house it was silent and awkward. "I umm-" "I've been meaning to tell-" you both began to talk at the same time "y-you go first!" You said you were curious about what he was going to say "n-no it was rude of me to talk over you! What were you going to say?" He said smiling at you "well me and alluka are going to the mall tomorrow" you smiled softly he looked at you then frowned "o-oh that's great." He looked away from you and you were confused 'why was he sad?' You thought "are you ok?" You asked him "yeah" he replied back "anyways what were you gonna say?" You looked over at him he still wasn't looking at you then he looked at you and smiled "it was nothing... nothing important" the look on his face was soft but he also looked sad... you didn't get what you said to make him feel so sad. "Well bye!" You said to him he smiled you got your keys out of your pocket and opened the door "oh and y/n I forgot to tell you..." you looked back as he gave you a cute smile that melted your heart "you look really cute today!" You were so embarrassed you could feel your whole face burn up "e-ehhh?!" You said all he did was smile softly "well I gotta go see you tomorrow kitten!" 'K-KITTEN?!' You thought. 'My face must be a tomato right now' You thought while touching your cheeks he waved bye and ran off. You stood frozen trying to process what just happened then you walked inside your house and closed the door behind you and ran upstairs in your room and jumped on your bed you screamed in your pillow. "HES SOOO CUTEEE!" You screamed happily.

- Killuas P.O.V -
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DIDNT ASK HER TO GO ON A DATE WITH YOU THAT WAS YOUR CHANCE!" Gon screamed through the phone I sighed and put both my hands behind my head as I walked in my room closing the door behind me. "It was awkward ok... and the timing was bad I was gonna tell her but I didn't!" I knew Gon was annoyed at this point "is she busy tomorrow?" Gon asked I thought about what she said about her and alluka going to the mall tomorrow "yeah she is." Gon sighed I smiled a little thinking about how cute y/n was when she was a blushing tomato "but I'm making some progress" I said happily "that's good! Well, I gotta go bye!" I said bye back and he hung up I looked at my ceiling "why can't I stop thinking about you y/n!!" I kicked my legs while rolling around on my bed. The door opened and alluka walked in "Killua be quiet I'm trying to sleep!" She said annoyed "sorryyyyyy," I said back she closed the door and left "jeez what's her problem."

- The next day -
"KILLUA WAKE UP!!!" I heard alluka screaming she kept hitting me over and over again with my pillow I opened my eyes slightly and she was swinging to hit me again with the pillow but I dodged it. "5 more minutes!" I said back annoyed she stood up "Killua were late because of you! You said that 10 minutes ago!" I opened my eyes "what day is it today?!" I opened my eyes fully and sat up looking at her "Friday!" She pinched my cheek "h-HUH!" I grabbed allukas hands and grabbed my backpack and ran as fast as I can to make it to school. I entered the classroom trying to be quiet so the teacher doesn't get mad at me I saw y/n laughing and looking at me she was covering her mouth trying not to laugh so hard because everyone was taking a test. I smiled and sat in my seat in front of y/n I looked at my desk and it had a test paper in front of me I sighed "this sucks I didn't study did you?" I looked behind me talking to y/n "nope I don't know a single thing just guessing" she said I laughed "haha cute" she blushed "h-hey..! Shaddup were in class someone might hear you!" She whispered and looked away embarrassed I laughed even more because of how cute her face was "soooooo what if they hear me at least they know your mine~" I winked at her and she playfully hit me "h-how annoying!" She said looking down at her test I looked at how beautiful she was instead of doing my test she looked back up "aren't you gonna do your test you'll fail!" I sighed "I don't care about this dumb test I'll fail either way cause I didn't study! Can't I just admire how cute my girlfriend looks jeez" I whined she looked around then pinched my cheek "keep your eyes on your own paper" she said back and stopped pinching my cheek "come on it's hard to when my girlfriend is the cutest one here though!" I whined more "k-Killua stop seriously your distracting me!" 'She looks sooo cute' I smiled "good" I replied then looked at my test and answered some questions. 'I have to go on a date with y/n soon no turning back!' I thought.
