Diamond Maknae's Birthday

Monday — Lunch Break

"Chaeryeong!" A shout from a red boy greeted the Itzy girls when they entered the cafeteria, the girls were already strolling their way to their usual seats

All heads of the other students turned to them, "Oh, Taehyun. Anything you need?" She asked as she sit on her stool

"Can your friends sit with us today?" He asked sheepishly while scratching the back of his head, Chaeryeong's eyebrows formed a thin line while her friends look at the red boy with shock faces

Since the people around them were silent as well, they heard everything and almost dropped their trays of food, "Uhm... If we won't... bother you, I-uhh guess?" She raised an eyebrow at the last word

"You won't. Besides, my friends also agreed." Taehyun flashed her a huge smile, "Okay? Why all of a sudden?"

He shrugged, "Figured they'll tell something with them." He pointed at her friends hanging their mouth open, "We'll buy our foods first." Yeji said as she walked to the counter

"No need."

A tall familiar blonde boy blocked her way and smiled down at her making Yeji blush profusely, "How did you know I like these?" She probed while looking at the lunch he's holding

"Oh these! I noticed you like this food and I bought milk just incase you got thirsty." She raised an eyebrow, "And how did you know that?"

He shrugged casually, "You always bought this every lunch period."

The red haired boy shot him a lopsided grin, "So you were spying her the whole time?" Her friends gave her a knowing look

Yeonjun stilled for a moment, "Uhh... No, why the hell would I do that? It's really obvious since she also eats this every breakfast, diner and would always bring these kind of foods at the corridor so it's not that hard to know."

Taehyun snickered at his attempt of defending himself, "Sure, buddy. Let's go." He gestured to the girls, "But we still need to buy food." Lia pouted while rubbing her stomach

"You can share with Soobin oppa." Chaeryeong suggested with clear innocence, "That's not necessary, Chaeng." Lia blushed as she looked away

The rest of the txt members were waving at them when they spotted the girls, "What's with the sudden invitation?" Ryujin queried as she looked over their table

"Is it wrong to invite you girls?" Beomgyu asked back, "Not really, just wanna know the reason." The short haired girl shrugged

Unknowingly, a smile formed on his lips, usually she would fire back a retort in each of his question resulting for them to not have a proper conversation. But he's guessing that he's slowly taming the wild girl
