Hour 23 - Take Off Your Pants and Jacket - Blink-182

After checking out and packing up all of the groceries, the group -- except Ashton and Nadine because Ashton has terrible luck and manages not to be in on anything (and also because it was their shift) -- huddled in the middle seat, scheming and plotting the intervention for Michael, who was in the backseat soundly asleep.

The four friends were whispering about what they should say, trying to not sound like douchebags while Nadine was filling Ashton in on every detail she knew. Ashton listened intently, his mind filling with more and more worries.

With every passing second, the six friends were tense with fear: the fear of Michael finding out what they were doing. It didn't seem like something to be afraid of, but they were scared Michael would think they were trying to change him because they didn't accept Michael for who he is -- which was totally wrong.

Ashton was making sure the speech they were going to give wasn't too out there, questioned everything that didn't seem right, and pointed out all the could go wrong. Although he didn't know about it until just five minutes ago Ashton was a huge help.

"Do we sound like dickheads here?" Calum asked concernedly, going over their speech.

Luke skimmed the paper. "Maybe we should simplify the words."

"What words are we going to simplify?" Clary asked blankly, positioning the pen on the paper to revise what needed to be revised.

As the six friends were talking, Michael slept soundly. They just didn't know Michael had another secret, something none of them knew.

Hour 29 - So Wrong, It's Right; All Time Low

Michael stretched his limbs before sitting up, rubbing his eyes. He looked around then saw four of his friends passed out, and a piece of paper peeking out of Calum's pocket. Even though Michael was curious, he knew that he shouldn't read it if Calum didn't give him permission. (Bullshıt. Michael just couldn't reach it.)

He buried his head back in his pillow and prepared to drift off again, but suddenly heard a familiar tune. Michael sat up so quickly he felt the blood rush from his head.

Ashton was laughing to a story Nadine was telling and glanced at the back seats to check on his friends. He nearly had a heart attack once he saw a pale figure with bright hair waving at him, but it turned out to be only Michael.

Because of the partitions between each section, Michael couldn't hear what Ashton was shouting. Michael couldn't understand what Ashton was doing with his hands -- Ashton's right arm grabbing the partition and opened and closed it again and again and again. The hazel eyed man tried shouting once more but Michael still couldn't understand it.
