'I love you'
'I love you too'
Such a wonderful phrase to hear, it calms the heart, and sends a fluttery feeling like how the world is a wonderful place, flowers everywhere when the romantic scene plays out.
It feels like you've conquered the world without force. How you've been the king and your other is the queen, while the world rejoices their bond.
Sadly, that phrase didn't give me those feeling and vision. No flowers--just thorns. No palace--just a deserted horror inspired mansion. Not a king and no queen-- but, a mere peasant.
How can you not feel this way when you've let the crown slip away from your own grasp?
