"Dr. Samuel Sanz Salazar, living the life as a successful doctor and business whiz. But there's one thing he can't figure out- Why did his wife leave? Even with all his career success, Dr. Samuel Sanz Salazar is in heart-confusion zone, questioning his own worth," pahina nang pahina ang boses ng secretary ni Samuel. "But despite the uncertainty, his keeping this undying flame of love burning, hoping against hope that his wife might return..."

Samuel kept his gaze fixed outside the car window.

"Who published that? Make sure their company goes down," he said firmly, without taking his eyes off the view outside.

"Yes, sir."

How could they say he was still waiting for her to come back? How could they claim he was still hoping?

Maybe he did get tired of waiting. He got tired of searching.

"We're here, Sir."

The flash of the cameras almost blinded him.

"Dr. Salazar, do you think you'll win again this year?"

"If you lose your position, what will you do, Doc?"

"If you win again this year, no one will be able to beat you in the coming years, right?"

"Doc? Is it true that you bought some of Mr. Hexon's properties in Laguna?"

He walked down the red carpet with no interest in smiling for the cameras.

Samuel stopped and watched as the security guards tried to drag a reporter away. The reporter looked at him, at nakikita niya ang pagiging desperado nitong makalapit sa kanya.

"Doc! Totoo po ba ang kumakalat na balita-"

"Let him," Samuel said without interest, and the guards released the man.

Everyone seemed surprised by his command.

The reporter adjusted his glasses and looked at Samuel again. He was about to approach, but Samuel signaled for him to stay where he was. The reporter pulled his cameraman closer, and they pointed the camera at Samuel.

"Hurry up, you're wasting my time," malamig niyang saad.

"Excuse me, please stop asking-"

"Let him," Samuel interrupted his secretary. "Go on."
