Chapter Twenty-Five

He chuckled which annoyed me a bit 'cos he sounded arrogant, like he was sure he got me wrapped around his fingers.

My annoyance melted when he possessively encircled his arms around my waist. Isang galaw lsng ay mabilis niya akong napaamo. I clutched his back and pressed my face on his chest, inhaling his addictive scent.

Hadeon leaned closer and pressed his lips against my ear and whispered, "I missed you, baby."

"I missed you, too," I softly admitted.

I haven't seen him in days because of my hectic schedule. Halos midnight o higit pa ako nakakauwi nitong nagdaang mga araw kaya hindi kami nakapagkita. Sinabihan ko rin siya na h'wag muna siyang pumunta sa unit ko dahil paniguradong babagsak agad ako sa kama sa sobrang pagod.

We never failed to communicate. Palagi siyang nag-uupdate sa akin. At nag-memessage din naman ako sa kanya kapag may pagkakataon ako. But his endless texts and countless of selfies weren't enough to satiate my craving.

I needed his hug. It never ceased to recharge me every time. I didn't know how or when my mood got dependent with Hadeon's presence but it did. He affected me so much. I wasn't even sure if he knew.

Hadeon gently broke our hug but kept his hands locked on my waist. I looked at him.

His eyes were grave as it scanned every inch of my face until it fell on my lips. He leaned down. My eyes closed as I awaited for our lips to meet.

I could feel my heart pounding wildly inside my chest as he kissed me slowly, taking his sweet time to taste my lips. It was agonizing and satisfying at the same time. His tongue pierced the insides of my mouth.

Hades' lips departed from mine. He rained kisses down my jaw until he reached the side of my neck and sucked a spot.

Bigla akong natauhan mula sa pagkalasing sa kanya nang maalala na kakagaling ko lang sa pagiging pawisan. I probably stink and he's right here devouring my neck like it's some kind of gourmet!

I pushed him off me. He didn't seem to expect it which was why it was easy for him to back off. He looked lost as he stared at me.

"I'm sticky, Hades," I consciously informed him.

His reddish lips parted. Kumunot ang noo niya at matapos ay humalakhak. "You still taste so good, baby."

Yumuko siya at mukhang hahalikan ulit ako. Iniwas ko ang mukha ko at hinarangan ang bibig niya.

I shook my head. "No, lover. I want to take a warm bath."

That was enough for Hades to stop. Huminga siya nang malalim at mukhang kinalma ang sarili. He licked his lips and released me from his hold.

"I'm gonna run the water for you then." He pressed a chaste kiss on my lips and linked our hands together.

Hinila niya ako sa paglalakad. Pinulot niya muna ang bag kong binitawan ko kanina bago dinala sa bedroom.

True to his words, he left me alone to fix my bath for me. Inihanda ko ang isusuot kong pantulog at nag-alis muna ng makeup. I tied my hair into a bun.

Bathrobe na lang ang suot ko nang pumasok ako sa bathroom. I was surprised when I was welcomed by the smell of my foaming bath soap and the lit candles surrounding the edge of my tub.

I was only expecting to see the tub filled up with plain warm water, but I guess Hadeon knew how to set up a warm bath. I couldn't help but smile.

He was crouching beside the tub, testing the water's temperature with his hand. Tumayo lang siya nang marinig ang pagsara ko ng pinto.
