After I ate my breakfast brother went somewhere for royal duties while I'm stuck with Hans teaching me the history of Dres Van. I don't really mind it but sometimes the history Hans telling me is more complicated than what the books telling me.

"umm can you speak a bit slower Hans?" I asked him carefully so that I will not hurt his feelings.

"ah, please forgive me." Hans chuckled and I'm feeling a bit glad that he's not offended.

"But I'm quite impressed about how fast you catch all of this, Your Highness is really smart."

"eh? I-I.. I.." my cheeks went pink and I looked away to avoid his gaze which makes me blush.

"Haha, just like when you're small you blush easily." Hans laughed and I pouted.

"H-Hans you're a meanie.." I said still blushing.

"Am I? Then I won't give you a cake after this.." Hans teased and I just showed him a face that was showing 'whaaaat not fair!'

"I'm just kidding. Then if you'll excuse me." Hans leave the room to take the yummy cakes and I drooled when I just think about the cakes.

Eeeh how unlady I am.. wait it's unprincess-like now.

"so, Your Highness do you know the laws about how people in Dres Van must work hard even until their body can't take it anymore?" Hans asked me after I ate the red velvet cake.

"umm.. It's no longer used is it?" I asked him back and he nodded.

"the former king changed the law into.. the people of Dres Van must work hard but not too overwork themselves. Do you know why?" Hans smiled as he asked me and I shook my head to show him I want him to answer.

"when the former queen have princess training she's overwork herself until she collapsed. The king is very worried and not long after that the law is being Changed." He smiled proudly and I nodded in understand.

".. Uh?... Why? Being a hardworker is good isn't it?"

....

Wait.. I .. Ever asked this kind of question before didn't I?

All of sudden my head felt heavy and the world is spinning. I can heard Hans calling ny name for few times.

"Grandpa.."

~*~

"Grandpa , why did you changed the law? Being a hard worker is good.. " I sat on my grandpa, king Joshua's lap and he chuckles while he stroked my hair.

"when you see someone you love is hurt or in pain are you okay with that Sophielle?" He asked me back and I think for awhile.

"no.. I don't want them to be hurt." I answered.

"that's why I changed the law. Being a hard worker is a good thing but You have to think about yourself and about others too."

"life is not only about working and sucessing but also failing. Sometimes we need to take a rest too." Grandpa smiled to me and I just nodded even though I don't fully understand it yet.

"I understand."

"haha, you're a good and smart girl Sophielle! now shall we see your grandma and brother cooking?" He asked then lifted me up. "Maybe we can get some rice balls."

"okay, I want to try Sieggy cakes too!"

"..." I slowly opened my eyes, afraid if I open it too quickly my head will hurt as hell.

"Princess? Princess are you okay?!" Hans kept yelling in worry. I can see him sweating and panicking.

"Being a hard worker is a good thing but You have to think about yourself about others too." I repeated what my granpa said with a very soft tone.

"Pardon?" Hans bewildered by what I said and my hard expressions softened.

"That is what king Joshua told me about the law."

"Princess, you remembered something?"Hans showed a glimpse of happiness and I shook my head then nodded and shook it again.

"I'm not sure. But.. I.. " I touched my forehead then Hans showed somehow a glad face.

"Princess, shall we end today lesson? I mean your head must be hurt." Hans asked kindly and I nod shyly.

"if you don't mind."

"Your Highness, Is there something bothering you?" feeling curious plus worried Hans asked me and I smiled feelinga little bad.

"ah, did I make you worry?" I asked back with a worry smile.

"To be honest yes." Hans sighed and I just make a straight face.

"It's just. I'm worried.. About this. I mean.. I... I'm not cut out to be a princess." I mumbled.

"...Princess!" suddenly Hans yelled and I jumped in surprise.

"Don't feel down or underestimate yourself ! I will always support you no matter what! Everyone will! You're a great, kind-hearted princess.." Hans words warmth me and I nodded after that smiled widely.

"thank you."

After a couple minutes of silences Hans phone vibrated and he flustered.

"P-Pardon me."

Not long after that he ended the call and then turned to face me with a serious looking face that gave me chills and makes me really nervous. I even can felt sweat dripping on my back.

"The other princes are coming."

I tilted my head as I repeated what Hans said inside my head. The other prince? Is that mean prince from Philips, Oriens, Altaria and others?

"They all are your childhood friends." Hans knew I'm a bit confused and explained to me.

"childhood friends?"

While Hans went somewhere to prepare teas and such for the princes, I'm waiting inside my room and reading a history book. Most of Dres Van history is about the war between Nerwan and Also about rebellion for a too strict law.

To be honest, I'm agree with how strict the law is but in the other hand that's what makes this country under control, discipline and strong.

"I think I'm going to be dizzy because of books!"

I screamed mentally. I just got really bored for waiting around.

"Your Highness? Please come with me." said a voice with a soft knock on the door.

It's not Hans voice so perhaps a maid.

"Comin- I mean a moment please." I make sure I look neat and then I opened the door and follow the maid.

My heart is beating a bit faster than usual.
