A little Irish girl, Louise, a talented dancer, is just going about her normal life (well, normal as a girl who is bullied life is) when, after dance rehearsal, her mum burst in and tells her she has been offered a place in the ALDC and to take part...
* at leaps and bounds dance academy* "Up up, down down go!" Cat, our instructor says. "That was good,I'll see you all tomorrow," she says, grinning. "Thank you miss cat," we all say exhausted, and we go to leave. When everyone except for cat and I have left, my mum bursts the door, panting. "Louise, cat! Just the people I was looking for." My mum was deathly pale now, and I was starting to panic. "Mum, what's wrong!" I frantically ask, rushing over to her. "Nothings wrong- well, sort of. You see, I just got a call from Abby lee dance company, asking us to permanently move to dance there- Abby lee herself saw that video of you at jump dance competition and she said she fell in love with your dancing. They're filming a series called dance moms there next year, but it's next year, so if you decide to join you'll have awhile to settle in, and they're paying for a house, a car, dance tuition and dance gear themselves if you want to go." She and cat both look like Christmas had come early, while I was on the verge of tears. "You should go! You'll get amazing experience over there, make competition here look like child's play." Cat says, still grinning. " But what about you and my dance career here?" I ask, my voice wobbly. "We'll be fine and you'll love it there, I promise." "Ok," I say, going over to hug her. "Why don't you tell her you'll come as soon as possible, and I'll come with you to buy your dance clothes, eh?" She says, still smiling. "Ok," I say, now happy, " text her and say I'm in." "Yes ma'am!" Mum says, mock saluting to me. " I just texted her, why don't we go shopping now" mum asks. "Okay," I say, and we walk out to the car. We drive to the dance shop, and walk inside. "What did miss Abby say we needed?" I ask, and mum shows me her phone. "We may as well get everything new," she shrugs, seeing the look I gave her. "Alright, it ain't me paying for it," I sigh and say can I see the list again, to which mum hands me the phone. Here's what I need: 3 pairs Point shoes:
