Prologue
My name is Serenity. Not telling you my last name. Ha ha. Its weird that my hair is naturally red. It's also weird that my eye color changes depending on my mood. Red means lust, blue means sad, gray means I'm bored and not paying attention, happy is any color, scared is my eyes are all black, blood red means I'm angry, pink means I'm embarrassed. I have bangs so no one can tell whether my eyes change. I'm a sophomore in high school who has friends but none of them are "close". I'm not popular. I'm not that much of a freak either.
I'm also a shape shifter. I can transform into anything I want. It's very useful actually. No one knows about this. Not even my parents. I looked up my family history in my attic. There is no one who had this power. I looked in old diary's and letters. Nothing. I guess I'm just unique. My parents always called me unique. So much actually I thought that was my name when I was little.
Now everyone calls me unique. No one calls me by my real name besides my parents. I'm not normal and I know that, but if I was normal than life would be boring. My name is Serenity and I am unique.
