「 chapter two」

Start from the beginning

"Obito!" Rin cried, her face lighting up when she saw he was okay. "Your eyes!"

Izuna grinned. "Rin, are you alright?" He shouted, keeping an eye on the shinobi on the floor. Izuna jumped back when a boulder was sent his way.

"You aren't in your homeland," he stood up, a smirk on his face. He stomped on the floor as several chunks of the ground rose and faced him. "Iwagakure, the village hidden in the stones. Get ready to lose, little Uchiha. I'll kill you and take your eyes for myself!" He laughed and pointed his hand towards the Uchiha.

Izuna glanced towards Rin, who stood there, frozen. They made eye contact and Rin nodded, now heading off to complete her original mission now that Izuna was determined to be okay.

"Where are you going-?!" He shouted, aiming a boulder at Rin. He stopped in his tracks when a fireball was thrown his way.

"Your opponent is me, focus, or I'll take your eyes." Izuna smirked.

"You-!" He grit his teeth together and aimed a hand at the boy. The rocks flew his way.

Rin took off, running toward the bridge. She passed Kakashi on the way there, but ignored him, instead focusing on the paper bombs in her hand.

Kakashi glanced toward her thankfully but was quickly distracted by the woman. She glared and aimed her attacks at Rin, throwing a shuriken covered in wind toward her, but was quickly blocked by Kakashi.

He grabbed his two tanto blades, electricity crackling from then. A small smirk emerged on his face as he darted into battle.

Rin had shunshined to the opposite side of the bridge and was running back, swiftly attaching paper bombs to the side as she ran. Dodging several ninja and throwing them over the side of the bridge as she went, she was about a quarter of a way through the bridge when she stopped.

Around fifty Iwa nin had teleported to the middle of the bridge. She scowled and dodged the swing of a blade before stepsiding a fireball. She glared at them before shunshining back on the side her teammates were at.

"Hah! You're screwed now!" The boy's mood lightened immedietly, as he had been annoyed that Izuna would constantly avoid the rocks thrown his way and jab his katana at the Iwa ninja.

"Are you sure?" Izuna cocked an eyebrow. He sensed another force arrive with the Iwa nin.

"What-?" He stopped mid sentence when a kunai was plunged into the back of his head. He fell foward as Namikaze Minato walked out from behind him.

"Are you alright, Obito?" He took in the blood-stained state of his student before his eyes darted to the blazing Sharingan.

Izuna nodded. "This blood isn't mine, Minato-sensei."

The leader smiled. "Congrats on awakening your Sharingan. I'll take care of the ninja, I want you guys to rig the bridge with explosives, alright? Grab Kakashi and get going."

"Hai," He pulled out his katana and bowed before running to grab his two teammates.

"He didn't need to bow..." Minato sighed, rubbing the back of his head. "Oh well." He grabbed his signature kunai and jumped into battle.

===============

Minato had scouted out the nearby areas, taking out shinobi on his way to the forces at the front of the battlefield.

He had been taking down enemy forces with ninja from Konoha when he noticed a somewhat large group of shinobi gathering in the back. He quietly teleported nearby the group to listen in.
