▌ ⌗ The training system employed by Arcade is unique to the entertainment company, following a "level up" system modeled off traditional video games. All trainees start at level IV and participate in bi-weekly "showcases" to evaluate their progress. For these showcases you will have to send a video in of your trainee demonstrating one of their skills. Evaluations may also be done as a collaboration between trainees if you so wish.
─ At the end of every evaluation each performance gets a certain amount of points based on how good it is/how well it fits and whatnot (ie. 1st gets 75 points, 2-3 get 50 points, 4-6 get 25 points, 7-10 get 15 points). Once a certain threshold is hit (dependent on each level), those who've received enough points can level up to the next tier.
─ Those who fail to rank up have the option of requesting advice from their mentors, which grants them a bonus in the next evaluations to not leave them at a disadvantage. If a trainee does not participate in 2 evaluations back to back without prior notice of a hiatus they will be removed from the entertainment.
─ Only those who find themselves in the 2 highest tiers, I and II, will be considered for debut, as they have proven their dedication and time to improving. Trainees in tiers I and II also have the ability to be placed in predebut "teams". These require them to collaborate and find a showcase video with the amount of members in their team. If they manage to pull themselves together their group gets to debut, however if a certain member has neglected to participate then they will be replaced with another trainee.
─ Those who rank 1st or 2nd in the lower tiers will have the opportunity to have a talent video of their choice posted on Arcade's official social medias (thus giving them more recognition/better chance of becoming center or FOTG) OR receive debut advice from their mentor and the CEO which could boost them to the next level.
─ Additionally, those in levels I & II can spend points on sub-skills like acting, variety and modelling to aid them with additional opportunities after debut.
